My husband went there today and was very Impressed. The knowledge and commitment to make sure he was comfortable in his new scrubs was refreshing. Robby and staff were friendly and genuinely cared about him as a person. He will definitely be going back.

Bright Star is a great scrub shop. The manager Robby is very helpful & kept me from buying the wrong item. He realized I picked up the wrong size & saved me from wasting money or having to return it. Go in with you Springfield Memorial Hospital ID or during your birthday month for a discount.

Terrible service would not return my scrubs they were in perfect condition and would not recommend going there spending 35 on each scrub I’ll never go there again

I had the best experience today 03/04/2021. I have been in the medical field for 20 years and lived most of my life in scrubs. I have the great pleasure of working with not only the store manager but also the owner today. They we all smiles even through the mask I could tell very energetic and greeted me at the door. That’s started my experience off with a bang in a good way. They were extremely helpful on sizing if a brand ran small/ true to size / bigger. They were very knowledgeable on brands/styles and pairing pants and tops from what I loved. Also their was a new brand they just started to sell. they called the seamstress while I was there to pitch the idea of an autism awareness top in the material that’s her scrubs are in. That melted my heart as I have been searching for an autism’s scrub top for about two years. I can not say enough about this shop. I was new to shopping with them but I will never shop anywhere ever again for scrubs except at Bright star scrubs. So thank you for treating like a VIP/ valued customer even on my first time shopping. Thank you again Jessica O’Connell

This store is desperate to sell cloths. They were rude to me when I called to explain the problem and the owner preferred to argue with me. All I was asking for was help getting the right size clothes and she said “Deal With it”. Find a place that will responsibly manage their customer service.

Went to purchase my first ever scrubs, so I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. They asked what type of job I had and what colors I would need. They picked 5 brands/styles and two sizes. I found a pair in store and ordered another. Once I know what other colors I need, I'll be back. The women helping were knowledgeable and nice.

Bright Star is amazing! They have great customer service and helped me pick out scrubs and find some that fit me best! I had never been in there before, but will most definitely be going back soon!
