Being a part of Brighter Day Fitness has truly been life-changing. I highly recommend anyone willing to partake in a weight loss life-changing journey to join. I learned so much from Brighter Day Fitness Nutritional Program. I came in at 258.6 lbs. and lost a total of 27 lbs. I also went from a size 20 to a 16 and XXL to an L in only 12 weeks. I admit that I had my slip-up moments in which I could have lost more, but Anthony was there to ensure me of my goals without making me feel terrible but empowering me to do better. He doesn't push you too far, but he does challenge you to go further because he believes in you. Since being at Brighter Day Fitness, I feel healthier physically and spiritually and I feel more energized. Also, I know what to look for with my nutritional intake. I thank God that I decided to take these steps with Brighter Day Fitness. Again, I truly do highly recommend it.
Very pleased with results in my 12 weeks. Went from 42 pants size to 37. Anthony is a great teacher and motivator. I highly recommend Brighter Day Fitness to anyone who is serious about wanting a lifestyle change.

Very professional and produced great results. I lost 31 pounds in the 12 week program. Gain a lot of confidence and loss inches in the targeted areas of my core. If you need that push and motivation this is the place to be, if you definitely want that lifestyle change compared to a temporary change.
Mr. Bright, Thank you again for all the work you put in to assist me with accomplishing my goal and jump starting me on a healthier path. The 1on1 personal trining and wellness program was awesome. The road traveled was challenging, but well worth it. I am glad I took the journey with Brighter Day Fitness, 5 . I enjoyed the supportive environment. The other members motivated me to do my best when I wanted to give up. We all picked each other up when times got hard. It became a family of like minded goal oriented individuals. No judgment zone. No body shaming. 100% Respectful ambiance. Smiling sweaty faces every time I walked in and out. The only tears shed was those fat tears! I learned so much about myself, adopted better eating habits, physical strength, avoiding the distractions on the sidelines, determination, chasing the bag, self awareness, adopting a closer relationship with God and much more. I will continue to apply the knowledge I received towards my everyday life. No matter how I complained and said, "I can't do this". You always ignored my whining and pushed me through my workouts and showed and told me, "Oh but you can do it". I talked trash and tried to get out of doing all my reps , but you made SURE I did them all and correctly. I respect you for staying on top of me and not letting up. You truly cared about my health and for me not to cheat myself. When I was too tired to come in, you still called and held me accountable, "Get my cardio in today. You got time. NO excuses. You making time to go out and party, you can make time to give me that cardio. To God Be the Glory". I will always remember your sayings: "what doesn't challenge you, will not change you". "Mind over matter". OH!!! And my favorite one...... "Give me 5 more", will always ring in my head as I continue my workout routine solo. I Encourage everyone to get serious about your physical and mental health. We all need that 1 on 1 assistance sometimes. Why not do it with Brighter Day Fitness. He will help you reach that goal! Do your part. You WILL get the results. I completed the 12 week program. 20 pounds down!!!! 1XL shirts...Large/Med Size 18 pant...... Size 14 1XL body con dress...Large/Med BMI 37.8 .....34.9 So many inches all over!! More endurance, energy, higher self esteem, gained muscle, and more flexibility.

My experience with Brighter Day Fitness has been so great! Anthony gave me all the information needed to stay on track with my fitness journey and held me accountable, which I really needed. He was accommodating with my school schedule and I was even able to complete my workouts with Anthony virtually. I can confidently say that I have the knowledge to continue my fitness journey thanks to Anthony. I highly recommend him for individuals serious about a healthier lifestyle!
What an experience!! Anthony at Brighter Day Fitness was able to tailor a workout to my specific needs. And it worked! I’m down 40 lbs in two months. I didn’t know there was supposed to be a gap between me and the steering wheel!! If you are ready for a lifestyle change, Brighter Day Fitness should be your first stop.
When I started out with Brighter Day Fitness I weighed 172 lbs. This was the heaviest I had ever been. I could no longer fit into most of my clothes, my energy wasn’t the same and I, overall, just didn’t feel…healthy. But in 6 months, I went from 172 lbs to 137 lbs. I was wearing a size 14 I honestly needed size 16 in pants and now I’m wearing sizes 6s. I’m wearing size small in some clothes and I haven’t worn a small anything in at least 4 years. I got to dust off all of my clothes I hadn’t worn in 2 years and found that even some of those are now a little roomy. I would recommend training with Mr. Anthony and doing his wellness program to anyone. He pushed me to do more than I thought I could, was very encouraging and held me accountable for my fitness journey. I also gained nutritional and physical knowledge to help build healthy long term habits. I am living a healthier lifestyle that I didn’t think I could keep up with much less start. If you don’t think you can do it- believe me you can. This coming from a person who couldn’t do 3 push ups or lift weights greater than 5 lbs.
