Brighton Collectibles Valencia Town Center

This is definitely my favorite Brighton location. Been there many times over the years and the staff are always kind and helpful. I love the patience they have shown my children over the years when they come in to select something for myself or others.

This store is really great. You're always greeted when you enter and they always offer bottled water and snacks. They treat you like you're important which is great. It's like having personal shoppers! We really enjoy coming here whenever we're nearby.

Wonderful customer service. The best staff/ employees. They all care and go out of their way for you to feel welcomed. Thank you again to all and Happy Holidays!!

Wonderful A-class customer service!

They did go out of their way to look for a couple items I would like to have too bad they did not have them that was sad but otherwise the customer service and it was a very nice clean store

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So rude!! My mother in law and I were racially profiled. We got ugly looks from all the staff. They didn't ask if we need help they followed us. Then another customer walked in and she was greeted asked if she was thirsty and got help right away. This was horrible feeling to be treated like we didn't have money or because of our skin color. Never judge a customer or anyone by the way they look. I will make a corporate complaint.

A great place to buy jewelry. As well as beautiful gifts. The store has very nice handbags that you can't go wrong.

I love Brighton products. Bought a bunch of birthday and holiday gifts. Employees are very helpful.

Great products but you pay for quality

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Today with the Christmas rush Celia was patient and was a great help!!!
