The dentist has always been one of my least favorite places to be but Dr. Birchmeier makes going so much more manageable. He is extremely kind and very gentle. If you have a fear of the dentist or dental work of any kind, Dr. Birchmeier is the dentist for you. I always arrive nervous and not wanting to be there but he comes in the room and we crack a couple jokes and I feel so much better. He doesn’t act like he doesn’t have time for you, he is willing to talk for a second before looking at your teeth. That alone really helps a nervous patient adjust. This in combination with the fact that he really tries his best to maximize your comfort and get you in and out as easily as possible makes for a much more pleasant experience at the dentist. You leave feeling good about your visit instead of feeling nervous and defeated whether it’s a cleaning, a filling, an emergency appointment, etc. I will never go to another dentist if I don’t have to. As far as the office itself, it’s always very clean and the ladies up front are so sweet and willing to help in any way they can. They even call and text to remind you of your appointment so you don’t forget and miss it. I have been in other dentist offices and this one is the cleanest by far and has the most welcoming environment. I always recommend this office to friends and family
I love going to see my dentists... Dr Eick and Birchmeier. The entire office staff provides caring and dedicated service. As a 25 year + patient with extensive dental needs, there have been years when more than 9 appointments have been required. Effort is made to fit me into their schedule. A friendly greeting is always received at check in. They stay on time, with no patient wait. The environment is clean and sanitized. There is emphasis on patient safety and health. The team asks questions, explains the recommended procedure, and the costs, eliminating surprises to me. Based upon the trust and confidence this practice has earned, I can relax. At check out, I am confident that I have received full value. Whenever I refer a friend or client to this office, I soon receive the new patient's "thank you". My many years of this superior dental care has exceeded a "10 out of 10" experience. I rate this entire group of professionals at "100 out of 10". Greg Garwood
Our family has had all our dental care from this office for over 20 years. First with Dr Claflin and now with Dr.’s Eick & Birchmeier since he retired. I recently cracked a tooth and they were able to squeeze me in for emergency care and got a crown in before I left on vacation. It was a painless experience. They do great work and truly care about their patients.
Always a wonderful experience for my 4 kids even when they have hard work like cavities. The doctors and hygienists are amazing and kind and so gentle with my children. Definitely recommend!
Will be going from now on. Doing my dentures and great job so far. Very relaxing they know how to make it a great experience. Write more after they are done. Great place to take your children. I was there when children were there. The staff is great.
Absolutely love the office staff, and both Dr. Eick & Dr. Birchmeier! You literally cannot go wrong with this office. I highly recommend it to everyone.
