Everytime I call at 740 and get a voicmail that salud is currently closed while after says all offices open at 730. I feel it's really not professional. I'll call after 8 and it continues to say that

Well the reviews are right. I think something is seriously wrong with me and they can’t even pick up the phone. It’s past 7:30 am so why say you’re open when you’re not?

The last few times I came in to this office they have taken an hour or more after my appointment time to actually get seen. They make it seem like they prioritize needs but really this is just bogus. I understand things happen and this may happen from time to time during emergency circumstances but every time is unacceptable. Management or whoever's is in charge needs to be aware of this problem. I will be switching practices.

Love this place! Used this office for my pregnancy appointments. Always a quick visit and no long wait. They go above and beyond to keep there waiting area clean and send sick people to the salud clinic down the street which is what I love most! My previous pregnancy i went to the brighton salud clinic down the road and got sick several times from going to my appointments as a healthy but more susceptible person. Great friendly staff as well.

The doctor was amazing. Front office sand scheduling is awful. Been seen once and rescheduled due to scheduling error 4 different times. Health and the well being of patients is not a priority to this office.

will never go here the front desk ladies are rude said something about me in spanish not knowing i know spanish and laughed

worst clinic ever they take hours to take you back into the room yet the doctors take even more to go into the room it takes them about 20 min to check you... when it comes to scheduling an appointment they never answer no matter what time you call ive been waiting for them to answer for 45 min!

I received thorough, compassionate, professional care here and I truly appreciate it.
