I absolutely love BrightStar. I've been working with the company since 2021. The staff was welcoming from day one. Anytime day or night I needed any assistance they were there to assist. Our clients always are the first priority and they make sure we have everything we need to ensure the clients gets exceptional care. I came to a company but now it feels as though I'm apart of a family.
I am a employee for BrightStar Care and the office staff is great. They are always there to assist with any of my needs as an employee. Tocarra, Jenna, and Andriane are always very polite and go above the call of duty for their employees. Thanks for making my work experience with BrightStar Care a great one! I have been working with BrightStar Care Of Bay County since October 2019. I have been a LPN for 26 years and hands down this is the best company I have ever worked for. From day one, I have been treated like family. It doesn’t matter what the situation is, everyone treats you like you and your needs are important to them and go above and beyond to help you. The Director of Nursing, April Ross, is always a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from. She treats her nurses and families with love and respect. No matter how busy she may be, she is always there to assist staff and families! I love working here!
Bright Star has excellent service! Great communication, accountable, keep their promises. All of their staff are very professional with a down-home caring vibe. My son had a stroke in 2020 before Covid hit. I was not new to the special needs life. But his stroke put it at a new level of having to learn a new way of life. April Ross the Director of Nursing was quick to find good people who are trustworthy and dependable. When she calls check on us. It doesn't feel like a medical call. We are left feeling loved and cared for. I would recommend Bright Star’s service to anyone in need quality care for themselves and for their loved ones. Caregivers – Beth and Shay are very good and stayed in contact with the family and I had peace of mind knowing that they were caring for my son.

My son has received nursing care For 17 years with 3 different companies. BrightStar is the best company we have ever had. They are professional, provide great pay and benefits for their nurses, but more importantly they put their clients first!
Brightstar team has been a great group to work with. Administration team such as Becky, Courtney, Jenna, the skilled nursing team, and non-skilled nursing team are some of the best people I have came across. Not only are they focused on the patient but also with their staff. They provide the knowledge, tools, and are communicative in order to be successful.
I really enjoy working with Brightstar, they care deeply for every employee and client! This is also the first job I’ve had where I felt truly seen and appreciated for all my hard work thanks to Toccara! She is always there for encouragement and a helping hand!
