BrightStar has provided companions to my 89yr old father who has Alzheimer’s for almost a year. He lives in Assisted Living. I can not express enough how happy my sisters and I are with the compassion and care they show Dad! Elizabeth is so easy to work with- always responsive to any questions or requests we have. His regular companions Lisa, Oksanna and Gladys are truly in the right profession! The few times he has someone else has been a pleasure also. He calls them “his friends”- can’t remember their names but enjoys them! So happy with BrightStar!!
I recently had abdominal surgery. Bright Star was set up for physical therapy. I had to stay in the Dallas area for a few weeks. Patrick came to me and provided me with several lower body exercises within my limitations. He was great. Very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to regain my strength. Thank you Patrick for all your help.
We recently started care with BrightStar for my 88 year old father. Austin was assigned as the caregiver for my father and I cant tell you what a change this has made not only for my father but for my mother and I. Austin is attentive, caring and so observant about my fathers needs. My father looks forward to the 2 days a week Austin comes to work with him on exercises, walks, games and talks. I needed home health for wound care after a surgical infection. BrightStar and specifically Raquel took such great care of me. She was prompt, kind, and super knowledgeable about wound care. I just graduated from wound care and will really miss her. She made this whole experience so much easier & less stressful.
I absolutely love the nurses that I had, Tisha and Raquel and PT Joel theyare amazing. Very professional but also personable. They are informative and helpful. They are also caring about the patients well being. Even though I only had them for 2 weeks they felt like family. Highly recommend Bright Star Care. I'm having another knee surgery and I hope you get that wonderful trio again!!! +
I could not be more grateful or appreciative enough to express how amazing Raquel was as my home health nurse! I’m 24 and was diagnosed with cancer for a second time. on top of another new cancer I had a horrible staph infection in my bloodstream after only having a port for 10 days and had to have it removed; leaving an open hole in my chest to heal. On top of antibiotics in my picc line daily. She made it such a painless process packing the wound often. Could not have had anyone better while we’re on this journey again!!
BrightStar Care has been an outstanding help to us! Our mother needed in-home assistance following an injury, and BrightStar Care was there to provide incredibly kind and supportive in-home assistance on relatively short notice. This is the first time that we've ever had to use in-home assistance, and the people at BrightStar were incredibly empathetic and patient--all the while maintaining a positive attitude. We are so grateful to them and their team, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs in-home assistance for them or their loved ones.
Raquelle is my home health nurse who comes weekly to do a dressing change. She is very professional while being personable and friendly. She does a great job of keeping my central line sterile. I would 10/10 recommend
I saw Tish three times a week for several weeks. She was wonderful. So personable and attentive. Very professional and prompt. Very skilled and knowledgeable. I feel lucky an angel was sent to take care of me.
