BrightStar Care is a leading home care and medical staffing agency aimed at providing A Higher Standard to those entrusted to our care.
BrightStar Care of Venice and Port Charlotte is locally owned and RN operated. We are a Joint Commission Accredited Private Duty Home Care and Medical Staffing Agency. Our Care Team provides services from Companion to Skilled Nursing Care.
Companion services include meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation to Doctors appointments, hair appointments or even the ice cream store. We also provide Respite Care to family members caring for a loved one. Personal Care services include assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding and transfers. Nurses are also available to provide services such as medication management, med box fills, dressing changes and infusion therapy. We are an all inclusive Home Care Provider which means we can follow a client through the progression of care needed. Our goal is to keep people comfortably in their own home as long as possible.
All of our Clients receive a free initial in-home assessment at which time our RN will develop an individualized Plan of Care. The Care Team will then be established taking into mind the compatibility of client/caregiver and level of services needed. ALL our staff are bonded, insured, have at least one year of experience, have current CPR training, cleared by Physician to work, Level II background checked and drug tested.
