My not-quite-yet-but-almost-fiancé and I have had two appointments at this location so far. We had a few specific rings we wanted to look at but had an open mind and wanted to look around a bit as well. Keenyn was our Brilliant Earth specialist and I cannot say enough good things about him. He helped us find exactly what makes us feel our most special and most like ourselves, which wasn’t at ALL what either of us thought we were looking for. He was fast, professional, and didn’t leave us feeling any pressure which unfortunately I have felt in other places. The ring selection was really nice with a little bit of everything so you can get an idea of what you like. Once you decide on a specific ring, if they don’t already have it in a shape or metal you prefer, you can set another appointment requesting those details and there is a good chance they can get the ring you want to see in person. If there is a loose stone you like, they have a ring they can place the stone in so you can see what it will look like on your hand. In the end, we found what we love and I can’t wait to start this next chapter! Brilliant Earth and Keenyn made this huge, pivotal moment in our lives as special as we hoped it would be.
Visited the LA showroom twice over the course of the last year to nail down the exact ring and diamond we wanted. Finally made an order online, expecting it to arrive this week before our “important trip” next week. The order was delayed once, but customer service said they have never seen it be delayed more than once. That was good enough for me, I can wait a few days fine. It was then supposed to arrive tomorrow, but I’ve been alerted there is ANOTHER delay that won’t be here in time. The sales associate from this store has been great and claimed they would help me get a temporary ring to use for the proposal since a whole trip was built around this, but we will see. For spending >$8k, you would think they could reliably predict when their product would be ready. I am beyond disappointed that I might have to delay my proposal plans. Trust the reviews you read, plan several months ahead of time or just go somewhere else. So frustrated with this experience. **UPDATE** Ashley from Brilliant Earth called me once she heard about the challenges I was facing and was able to help get everything to arrive on time! She kept in touch, frequently checked in with me, and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. Ashley represents the quality customer service I was expecting from this company. Pickup was smooth and took no more than 5 minutes. While originally a bit stressful, I am thankful Brilliant Earth was able to deliver close to the original expected delivery date.
Stay far away from this place. First off all, we made the appointment weeks in advance and they called to reschedule and wouldn’t offer anything else the same date. I got sized at the store but lady managed to order 1 whole size too big. I was a waste of time and gas to have to go back to get a new ring. At this point I’ve had my engagement ring for a little over a year and it broke. Luckily I saw it break so I was able to find the diamond. I called and they said it wasn't covered by warranty since it isn't a manufacturer defect, it is due to it being worn everyday. The wedding band was platinum and it breaks due to everyday use after 1 year? That's ridiculous. They told me they would need to submit a case and send me a label to ship it to their inspection team so they can assess and give me the estimate on how much it would cost to fix. The whole process would take 4-6 weeks and I don't have that time since my wedding is in a couple weeks. I really regret getting my ring here and would advise everyone to do your research before making this kind of investment.
Ashley took time to listen and understand our issue and concerns. She set time lines and stuck to them until our issue was resolved. She turned what was a stressful situation into a great experience.
My partner and I went to look at engagement rings and were super happy with our experience!! Bri was amazing and the showroom was beautiful. The entire process was personal and felt special and we found the perfect ring. I love that they focus on diamonds that are ethically sourced, it makes me feel much better purchasing the ring!! Highly rec to all my friends!
My fiancé and I went in to look at some gemstone wedding bands for him. Ebony was the associate who helped us. She was very kind, patient and attentive. We had an idea of what setting we wanted when we went in but Ebony did a great job at providing some other recommendations just in case we weren’t 100% sure. It was an overall wonderful experience and we can wait to receive the ring that we purchased.
Shop somewhere else! My experience with Brilliant Earth has been awful and I wish I can go back in time and picked a different place. My first order was an elongated cushion cut ring and when it came, it looked identical to my oval ring I have and looked nothing like an elongated cushion cut should. I called and made an appointment with Brilliant Earth to come and return my order and pick out something else. I get to Brilliant Earth the next day drove over an hour from where I live to be told each appointment is 15 mins and if I needed a longer time frame, I needed to request that. I wasn't informed about that when I called to make an appointment or even asked how long I would need so I was already upset. I ended up finding something I wanted and the gentleman told me my exchange is less than the original cost of my first order so my credit card will be refunded the difference. 2 weeks later I call Brilliant Earth asking for an update with my order and they told me my ring hasn't arrived. After 2 weeks, the ring hasn't arrived yet?? They also told me they couldnt locate the wedding band and only had the engagement ring which caused a delay. What??? Multiple calls to customer service and they've been giving me different stories! No one can give me a solid answer or time frame and they will NEVER call you back like they say they will. I've now asked to just cancel my order and issue me a refund. It's been a week now and they're still telling me that my request for a refund has been submitted and it still hasn't been processed yet. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I had high expectations for this company and I'm beyond disappointed. My husband wanted to upgrade my wedding set and I wanted nothing more for this experience to me nice, but instead it's been a major headache. Don't shop here!!
HORRIFIC! Please read the reviews! Try VRAI or James Allen instead HONESTLY! They totally ruined my engagement. The site lures you in and they will delay your order and refund your money without notifying you! The customer service is horrible and I will be posting this on my popular tiktok account!
Edit: I’m not sure why the owner of this business is asking for my information. I simply visited this location and had the same experience as other people that have written reviews . Walking into a retail location. I would assume that they would have inventory that I can view and purchase, they do not . They have sales people that require appointments to meet with not products to sell. Not very sure about this business model. You have to make an appointment to view items. Seems as if no items are in stock. I stopped in with out an appointment assume I could see the product and buy it if I liked it. They wanted me to set an appointment to do that. Why would I just buy it online? I don’t need more friction. The whole reason I would want to come into the store is so I could see the product not so I can make an appointment.
Nour was wonderful in taking care of our wedding rings! She was super nice, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. Will be going back to her, next opportunity!
