Brio Laundry is a planet positive laundromat that is like no other. Beautiful, safe and clean.

Description

Brio Laundry is open every day for our self serve and drop off laundry service customers. Fast front load machines that result in a 20 - 30 minute dry time. Washing machines will sync with your cell phone and text you ten minutes before it finishes, and again when the cycle ends. So cool!
All machines accept coin, credit and debit, Apple pay and Android pay.
Free wifi, clean and comfortable.

Every time I go to Brio the staff are busy cleaning, doing laundry and waiting on customers needing help using the w/d. Today I saw Maddie cleaning the soap dispensers along with all of the above. I live in an apartment with a laundry room that is not kept clean. I am so grateful that Brio and their wonderful staff is here!! Cannot recommend too highly!!
This place actually allows me to enjoy doing my laundry. I drive all the way from Blaine, because the local laundromat.... Clean, new machines, cash or credit card, helpful staff. All good.
My first experience of its kind. This laundromat is like no other. Washing clothes at Brio makes washing clothes less daunting. No top load clothes washers here. Only high efficiency side load units. Cost per use range from around $6.50 to almost $9.00 per wash...ouch! But it is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxed and has a hint of a spa setting. Attendants are nice and helpful, plus everything works!
Says last load 1 hour before close. Got there an hour and 15 minutes before close and it still takes longer than that to wash and dry a load with their machines. Was told if I was there a minute past 10pm security would be called. Female worker huffing and puffing, and shaking her head that a few customers are still inside at 9:55pm. Paid nearly $30 for mostly wet clothes and poor customer service. Very disappointed in the service of the workers here lately.
Excellent CLEAN place to do laundry. Single wash detergent available for a buck as well as larger sizes. Small and large machines available and large sink to rinse out buckets. Code protected restroom for customers. Week after week and I continue to be grateful to this business as I watch the friendly staff help new customers with the maze of pay laundry. 4 different sizes of machines and a plethora of laundry supplies.
Should clarify last call policy with either employees or customers. Got ushered out at 5 til 10pm on a friday night and told last call for starting a load was at 9:45. Signage on the door clearly states that last load is an hour before close, which would have been 10pm. I’ve used this laundromat in the past and I like it but was pretty disappointed at being asked to leave in this situation!
The staff is super nice! I’ve never dropped laundry off anywhere but I had a wonderful experience here yesterday! I dropped my laundry off and got a text later that day to be picked up. To me, the price is affordable being a single mother. I will definitely be going back! : Thank you so much for my clean laundry!
Apparently the posted "one hour before closing" is actually one hour and ten minutes, as I learned to my grief when in an emergency situation I was told I could not begin my one small load because it was one hour and four minutes to closing and they preferred one hour and ten minutes. If it were possible for me to come in the next morning at 6 am I would have chosen that option in the first place. I removed my clothes and will never return to Brio again.
They take ‘coin laundry’ to another level. Beautiful interiors, clean and bright. Thank you for adding brilliant green ferns all over the store to help with fresh air and a sense of comfort. Lisa was on duty when I stopped by, she has a lovely demeanor and was very helpful. This is the first laundromat I’ve been to where the employees really seemed to enjoy their jobs! Coin or credit cards accepted here to work the machines. Super large loads go for $7.25. I used 2 medium loads at $4.25 each. Large loads go for $7. Takes 25 minutes per cycle. Dryers are $0.25 for 5 minutes. If you have large, outdoor gear that needs to dry, there is a special corner for that. Brilliant. There’s plenty of washers and dryers and free parking out front. I liked the wash basins, not your typical dirty sink, but made of a repurposed pail. Looks inviting and clean. There’s even a bathroom for customers and free WiFi!
I wish all laundromats were like this… Super clean, air conditioned, comfy chairs, tables for working/waiting, machines of all sizes that accept credit card, spacious bathroom, good parking. We love.
