Best storage facility I have used in the OC area! The place is always clean when I go to store and pick up my items. The team is very friendly each time I am there. 10/10 would recommend!
Led on by employment. Unorganized and unprofessional. I expected more from a business that profits millions an with such a high occupancy level. I did my due diligence looking into apartments w/o pay on my days off. Kept up with the District Manager Rooney on my finds just to be left on the hook an/or replaced with just a regular manager non-resident. I went to 2 interviews, 1 with the district manager and another with DM Rooney, Owner Scott & HR Dimitra they so went as far as to call my references and show up to my place of work to see how I operate and take pictures. This went on for 2 months leading me on until I finally gave up and they went another route easier route to hire a non resident. No call, no apology, nothing. Time wasted I let other opportunities go because I trusted this business here at Newport Mesa. Rule #1 never do a business a favor w/o it being in writing. Unprofessional Rooney & Scott more like shame on you if I'm being honest very upsetting to say the least. Savanah Medina.
Nice place, clean, safe, front desk folks always helpful. A bit more expensive than some of the competitors but it is easy to get to and if you do them right and be a good customer they will treat you right. Hard to ask for more than that.
Great storage facility, nice and clean, never ran into any problems during my time storing here. The customer service is great too, John at the front desk was very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage space!

Had a tough move, we needed to split our stuff between an apartment and a storage unit. We were unsure what the right size was for our needs. Gabriel was very helpful in explaining all of our options and what would make the most sense. He was very accommodating as we showed up later than expected due to heavy traffic on the 405 and he went out of his way to make sure that we had a smooth move in. Also explained how we could effectively handle any overflow. Would highly recommend this place, largely due to the service we received from Gabriel.
Prime location with plenty of parking and privacy. Perfectly designed to keep the riff raff away. Great service! Prompt with a smile and straight to business. Gabriel was very helpful and knowledgeable to my current situation.He went above and beyond to make my stay here feel welcomed in a very genuine way. Will continue to rent here for as long I need to because of him. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.Don’t go cheap securing your valuables. safe secure location that’s close to all South OC. Highly recommended!
I have been living out of storage facilities due to flood and construction to our house for nearly 2 years and of all the facilities The Newport Extra Storage is by far my favorite societally because of the customer service of the staff as they go above and beyond to take care of you and make sure you are happy. The facility is clean and close to my work so it makes it convenient for me. Just signed another year and would recommend to anyone looking for a storage.
