Excellent property. Extraordinary architecture. A timeless jewel that withstands the test of time. Built in 1993 and when you look at it, it is as if was built yesterday. I am in awe every time I look at the building. There is nothing comparable around it , with the possible exception of Santa Maria. It is very well kept. Great Board Of Directors...Smart, competent, dedicated, gets things done. Responsive management. Friendly personnel. Great neighbors. Great bay and city views. Fortunate and proud to be a homeowner there.
Unit penthouse 4000 was paid for with money from a corporation that was funded by friedman bank but the unit is used by criminals that hack and place themselves above me to say they own it and have keys and make noise to interrupt sleep by drilling into floor. Tell property title place to move it to my name. All the penthouse that sit atop All buildings in this city are mine and taken out of a trust and then abandoned cause the trust stops paying and the dwellers can’t afford so they just screw up how it works
I lived here in the Bristol Tower for a few years with my dad. The overall experience is just amazing. Everyone is really friendly, the attention is top-notch and it's really comfortable. The view is also great. If you're planning on moving here I definetely would recommend you to do so, even if the price is a bit over the top, trust me, it's definitely worth it.
It looks so clean and amazing if you’re a visitor they just friendly OK could be better attention and attitude with visitors doesn’t matter what is the business I was there picking up a dog to walk him out and they literally made me used the service elevator, was pathetic I felt like I was hidden from something.
Great full amenity building with only 146 total units. Amazing water views too. This cylindrical shaped building offers some of the largest balconies in the area.
Honestly some underling issues that will never change but the locations is worth some of the problems.
Beautiful building, great residents, wonderful management company. They literally make you feel like they are there for you which is very rare in Miami/Brickell!
I had the opportunity to visit with a condo owner in his beautiful condo near the top floor of this beautiful building. The condo and the views were AMAZING!
