Amazing pricing and many hidden treasures. If you're a home owner of any type, you'd better check here first. Need a window size other shops say doesn't exist, bet you find it at Brite Salvage and Surplus. I just found this place but it's been here for over ten years, wish I had know about before.

Great place to find just about anything. Pricing is fair. I updated my review from a few trips 5 years ago. I feel I was wrong in writing my previous review and hope that I can have a chance to apologize. The store IS fair and they do their best in helping the customer purchase enough product to complete their project as what they have in store is all they'll get. Everyone should stop in and see what they have before going to your box store. Small businesses are needed and need our help to keep them alive and providing us one on one attention!

If you are looking for a door or window for the odd project, this is the place to go. I picked up a beautiful, very large arched window with low energy glass for only $39. Both new and used.

Paul has great prices on everything in the store. Great windows I've used on several occasions. The best prices on appliances anywhere. We purchased a refrigerator this really made my wife happy. I have recommended this place to several friends over the year's.

I was excited to find the store last week when I purchased a door, but when I returned this week I did not feel welcomed by the owner. I parked next to their company truck as someone was pulling out and the lot is small, so the owner came out as if I was up to something standing by his truck. I then asked for assistance about windows and he said “haven’t you been here before, I don’t have enough staff to leave the front to help out”, but I had witnessed him assisting others AND when I left he followed me out the door and went to his truck. Felt like he was making sure his truck wasn’t bothered. Needless to say, I did not have a good experience there. I thought it would be my go to place, but I do not spend my money anywhere that I feel I am not welcomed.

Bought a couple of windows here and a door. Great prices and nice fellow working there.

Mixed experience. You can get cheaper products sometimes not always but there is a reason stores get rid of this merchandise. Has heater I bought generates terrible smell, door looked good in the store after installing realized is not quite square etc. Not worth it.

Pros: Great selection of house stuff for good prices. Cons: it was super hot in the building so we couldn't stay in there long. A few fans running and no A/C. Pretty miserable for a long period, so you don't get to look at everything before you get hot and just want to get out.
