Been bringing my Jag to BCS for about 3 or so years now, and my Rover’s warranty just expired so you can bet I’m bringing it here too. I don’t trust anyone else nearly as much as them.  BCS is honest and fair, quick, and genuinely care about the work that they do and that you have a positive experience. It’s a stark contrast to the local dealer chain. I highly recommend them.

A bit overdue on this one...My family and I travelled from AZ to Winters CA for our daughter's wedding earlier this month.  About 45 mins from the venue the coolant light came on never a good thing, especially on a Rover.  After further inspection in the AM I knew I was not going to be able to make it home.  Of course this happened on a weekend, so I dropped the car on Sunday and phoned on Monday to see what could be accomplished I know my local tech is always booked about 3-4 weeks out.  That was the case here as well but their team pulled some long hours and got us back on the road by Wednesday that same week.  It was of course the dreaded cross over or Y pipe on our 2016 Full Size HSE with 75K miles right on schedule for failure.  Ran flawlessly on the 13hr+ trip home and the guys even phoned to check in on us.  Now that is first class customer service.  I only wish I lived closer!  Thanks again, we really appreciate the assistance.  This shop is top notch.  Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here moving forward. Alex and his staff are amazing! They saved me nearly $3,000 I would have otherwise wasted at the dealership. Thank goodness I found them. The repair they did for me was 1/3rd the cost of the quote I received at the Jaguar dealership. I made an appointment a few months back for a problem with my jaguar. Not only did they fix everything, the prices were reasonable. My car was fixed on time and these guy's are super friendly very clean shop for a service shop. I will never go to anywhere else! Thanks Alex, Victor, and John for the great work!

I had a great experience with BSC! After a lot of research I decided to take my LR4 for a water pump issue. The service I received was great! Alex was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. The service was professional, prices were fair and service was quick!

Couldn't have found a more better place than these guys! I shopped around town and these guys seem to be the most affordable with guaranteed work! Took my Bentley in for repairs and they did a fantastic job! They got the job done right the first time! I will definitely recommend my friends to this place!

Although I didn't have my vehicle serviced here, the Service Advisor Alex was very enthusiastic and helpful in providing me a quote and estimated service date via email. I needed the work completed sooner otherwise I would've heavily considered vehicle service at this location.
