Gentle proven swim instruction for every age and ability. We focus around water safety from three months to adult. We offer small group, lessons at our dedicated swim facility in Arlington Heights at the Courtyard Marriott South, The Holiday Inn Express, Palatine and the LA Fitness in Mt. Prospect. Our fun and and gentle methods will teach your child water survival and stroke advancement.
