Update: Britt Roofing is under new management, and as soon as they caught wind of my situation they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I'm updating to 4 stars, because after 2 years I did not have to resort to legal means to get anything accomplished. Frank Britt is the guy to talk to. I've held off on writing this review but, I think 2 years is long enough of a wait. 2 years is how long we have been waiting for Britt Roofing to fix a skylight that they were paid to do in full before we ever moved into our home. They cashed the check and never did the work. First blaming the pandemic, then lack of supplies. They failed to show up even after coming out to measure on two separate occasions and dozens of phone calls from myself and my wife. They now refuse to accept our calls and only answer if we block our number. We have even sent a certified letter from our real estate broker and their team, as the work was in our contract. It's unfortunate that we now we have to seek legal counsel. They've done numerous jobs since and posted images of other work, but have yet to do the job they were paid to do for us and have yet to offer a refund. We have been nothing but polite and patient, but enough is enough.

Not only are the Britt brothers godly men but also very honest and do great work. Thanks for all y’all do to help me and my business out.

They really dont do a good job. Cutting corners and doing dope on the job. So ppl and residents I don't recommend Britt Roofing and More.
