I had a really mixed experience working with Brevia. I had used them for help signing up for health insurance, and my brother met with them for the same reason. While the staff that we worked with was always polite, they really failed at times to pick up on important details in what we wanted and why we were looking to apply. In my first meeting the young lady I was working with nearly applied for the incorrect plan. Thankfully I caught this and we were able to figure out that we would need a few documents before submitting the correct application. I would have to set up one more visit, where I met with someone new, to finish getting set up with minimal fuzz. My brother on the other hand met with the same man for each of his visits/calls, and had a very rough process. The employee fully submitted the incorrect application, which we then had to cancel before applying correctly, which nearly used all of the special qualification window that he had to purchase his new plan in. It was a very stressful experience, but I'm not sure we would have been able to sort it out without their help either. The best benefit of this service is that when working with them it really does expedite the process of figuring out what paperwork you need to collect, hearing back on application approvals, and knowing when you will be ready to purchase your plan. It is a nice free service, but I would recommend doing a good amount of research ahead of going in just to be fully prepared.

I'm sure this organization does a lot of good for people so I don't want to be too harsh. I just wanted to warn people that this is probably not a good place to go for a covid vaccination. They took my 'appointment' but it was clear when I arrived that this was 'line' situation and not an 'appointment' at all. I don't mind lines, but when I'm in a small waiting room with a dozen people sitting shoulder to shoulder I have to wonder if I'm exposing myself to more risk here than is necessary to get a vaccination. Also the masking protocols were lax with people having masks below their nostrils. I decided it wasn't worth the risk and went home to look for another appointment.

After losing my job and therefore my health insurance, a friend of mine recommended Briva Health to assist me in getting signed up for MNSure. I visited the North Mpls location, and it was an amazing experience! I was able to get in very quickly and the service I received was incredible. I am so glad I went through Briva- it sure saved me a headache by trying to do it on my own! I could not speak more highly of them.

This is an amazing organization.... Were very helpful... My wife and I went in, due to complications with my wife's insurance... Warda Jama, helped us and with in a matter of Minutes she was able to get my wife the coverage she needed. Highly recommend Warda, and the rest team... They were very professional...

This org has been what I have been looking for all along. They signed me up through MNsure in minutes with a great health coverage free of charge. Anyone who needs health insurance should visit this group.
