All pendants are pendants only unless otherwise noted. (or material within picture). Unless otherwise noted in which sterling, argentium, gold and platinum necklaces would be an extra charge. I do not stock alot of chain but have some (no pictures, message me for stock)
Shipping is not included. Shipping is usually $12 (USD) international tracked with a free gift box. $14 for anything over 100 grams.
Return policy : Item must be returned (or application to return is complete and is in transition, within 30 days) for a full refund.
Guarantee policy : If stone falls out (somehow) or any malfunction there is a 2 year guarantee. Ship to me I will fix the problem for free and ship it back. 3 years on any orders over $500 or gold pieces.
You can redeem one (and one only) annual professional cleaning after obtaining my handmade jewelry for free. All others afterwards will be a small fee. I do include free polish cloths with my argentium silver pieces in the underneath part of your gift box. Simply wash with soap and water dry with a microfibre cloth and rub with polish cloth gently (watch out for prongs) for a couple minutes.
