After over two decades with this bank, I am looking for a new financial institution. This bank has no value in loyalty or trust- they are just as likely to scam their customers as any body on the street. I have taken concerns to them previously as well as recently and been ignored. Money seems no object to them, as long as its mine. If you value your hard-earned money, take it elsewhere…

I’ve had a long history with Broadway bank. My mom was with Broadway for at least 50 years. She had her trust account and her regular banking account there. They always kept her finances safe. We originally were with Broadway in San Antonio. When I moved to Kerrville 16 months ago I was so glad Broadway was here, even happier to find out they were as friendly as every branch in S.A! My dad is now in memory care in Bee Cave Austin and my brother has access to a Broadway bank right by my dad, so convenient! Love supporting a Texas institute as wonderful as Broadway Bank!
So disappointed with the drive thru bank at this newly built location. The fact that there are only two lanes in the motor bank one of which is commercial and very difficult access from a car anyway makes this new location an absolute disappointment. Having such an ineffective motor bank in the midst of COVID-19 is sad indeed! I definitely do not recommend this bank/location if you regularly use drive thru banking assisted by a bank teller.
Underhanded business practices, charging customers to honor their own checks. Rude staff that laughed at customer's concerns and used a childish "everybody is doing it" argument to reiterate company policy- Iris at the Kerrville branch in particular. Very disappointed in this banking institution and their employees. In addition, the bank called my employer to ask what service I provide because the bank did not like me issuing a complaint about their institution. This is further demonstration of the unethical business pracitces of this bank. Be careful with complaints, apparently they will try to get you fired.
Bar none, the friendliest bank — and one of the friendliest businesses — in town. People always say hi and use your name when you walk in; they’re always glad to help. They even sent a handwritten card to my wife when she had a significant professional accomplishment covered in the local paper. Who does that?! Great bank to be with. [updated] 12/16/2019–i had to update this because while the banking professionals are still second to none, the online banking for Broadway is near the bottom. Their update has been worse by a far cry to what they updated. It doesn’t seem like they’ve responded to what surely must have been calls for changes in search functionalities, exporting options, BillPay, etc. Awful online experience. Since I do so much banking online, having a poor interface is worth a two-star loss. But I still love the folks at our local branch. Wish online could be like that.
They are not clear and upfront about their deposits , and they do not have anything posted when you go to make a deposit through the teller line. When you go to make a deposit, your funds are not available until the next day which is another added frustration. However with that being said, everyone at the bank has been pleasant, professional and courteous.
