I absolutely love this clinic. It may not be as fancy as some, but it’s clean, the people are kind and the doctors are some of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever seen. Dr Pahlavan doesn’t rush through your appointment. He is thorough and ensures you are all set when you leave. He addresses all issues you have. When you make an appointment elsewhere the doctor will see you for the one issue you booked and set a follow up for any other issues they may notice due to scheduling being so tight. They will rush past what could be a major issue because your 10 minutes they booked you for is up. That is not the case here. If the doctor sees something that is questionable he sends your for your test right then and there. They have a lab onsite and can offer many services such as EKG, ultrasound etc. in house. Do you have to wait sometimes, yes. It’s a walk in clinic. If you don’t want to wait get up and be there first. People complain and are impatient knowing they are in a first come first serve facility . Don’t be fooled by the bad reviews. If you really read the concerns it’s just a bunch of “Karens” that want to come last and be served first. That isn’t the way it works. They get wrapped up in their entitlement and try to ruin a great business that offers excellent service because they don’t get their way. The people like me that love the clinic and know what a gem it is aren’t writing reviews because they want to keep it for themselves. If you all find out how Awesome it is you’ll be beating us there . No worries, we won’t complain. We know it’s worth the wait and want you to have the same great service. Hablas español? No problem! Almost the entire staff is bilingual. There are some other languages I heard being spoken as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The pharmacy is separate from the medical side. I would not recommend using their services. Take the time and pick up your scripts elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! Today was my first time going to this clinic in Melrose Park and it definitely was my last! When I first walked in the place was hectic! It smells super nasty and just sitting in the waiting room feels nasty. You could definitely tell that they don’t clean the waiting as much as they need to just by looking at the conditions of it! I initially went it to get my booster shot and they made me wait an hour and thirty minutes! When I went up to the window and asked the lady what was taking so long they told me that they couldn’t find my information. Like what?! Once they ended up finding it they told me I was going to be called up next but then new patients started walking in and they were treated first even though they didn’t have an appointment! I got so mad that I just ended up asking for my vaccine card back. When they saw that I was super upset they ended up saying “hey we can give you your booster show now if you want?” Of course I said no! I wanted my booster shot 30min after I first registered myself! Super unprofessional! If I could give this place a zero stat review I would! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Staff very pleasant. It is a two-in-one both doctor office and pharmacy. Also the convenience of not needing an appointment it is a walk in/ first come first serve Also have free prescription delivery when dealing with three or more prescriptions. However when being placed on hold could use Improvement as far as wait times and sometimes being disconnected
There was one bathroom are the children's area An old boy was super Scary They made the ceiling really tall And emergency Light That just Is stare at you
Made an appointment for my husband to receive the Covid vaccine. He drove 30 minutes to the clinic only to be told they ran out of vaccines. What's the point of having a reserved time slot if, if you don't have the vaccine. A phone call would have been nice when they ran out to avoid the drive and frustration. Will NOT be returning. Please save your time and go else. So unprofessional.
Idk why this place has so many bad reviews - from receptionist to the nurses To drawing blood to pharmacy and doctors are all amazing I’m about to have my son come here too - I’m all about being comfortable and treated with respect - everyone here has done so ! Just make sure you ask questions about being billed - at the end of the day that is your responsibility to ask and be on top on .
Worst clinic ever , if you plan on coming, be prepared to wait 3+ hours or practically your whole morning . Even if you come early… you still wait forever.
Worst clinic ever. How is it that the doctor is able to prescribe you medicine without even seeing you or hearing from you? This is definitely a big scam clinic trying to just charge insurance companies.
I love it. I like how they accept walk-ins because other places don't see you unless you have an appointment even if your sick. This place gives good referrals to other medical treatments you might need. The nurses and doctors are nice too. The place is very clean.
I called to get tested for COVID-19 and they told me they test at 10:30 to be there 30 min before. So I got there at 10:00 and had to wait for one hour and a half . I kept calling them and they would just say they were coming out shortly. This place is so irresponsible , last call I did they told me the next test will be at 12 . I will never come back .
