In business for 13 years, and managing 15 properties, Brockway Properties LLC has gained the respect from local universities and their students for outstanding professional management of their rental properties.
Our properties are located close to campus with most of them within a mile from the university and over the years we have housed over 600
students from both John Carroll University and Notre Dame College.
Each property is well maintained and regularly inspected by a team of licensed professionals including plumbers, heating and air conditioning
specialists and electricians; all on call for the convenience of our tenants.
In addition, our properties are registered with the city as “rental properties” and are therefore compliant under the city’s extensive
semiannual safety inspection.
As an added bonus, appliances are included with all of our properties - even washers and dryers for our renter’s convenience!
