I would highly recommend Brogan’s Awards for their great customer service. The gentlemen were extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out new crystal awards for my organization’s yearly recognition. They offered a large selection of awards to choose from and the final engraved awards were absolutely beautiful. The recipients were thrilled to receive such beautiful and meaningful awards. I usually do not write reviews but I was compelled to write this one because I am so impressed with the depth of knowledge of the employees and the incredible selection I had to choose from. Great job.
I needed a few plates made for sailors leaving a command, I thought maybe 2 weeks, even a month , but it has been 3 months, without a phone call me having to call them to be told they pretty much forgot! And maybe they could get it done in a month or so! So I'm going to pick up the plates today to do elsewhere. Will not recommend.
Brogans really helped me with an order that I needed in just a few days. They explained that due to short turnaround they would have to use multiple kinds of trophies but they took the initiated and made sure that the split of which department got which award made sense. When I came in and wanted them swapped due to an internal issue they swapped it out for me right then and there and no charge.
I wish there were negative stars. My association is trying to honor one of the most inspiring leaders that we have had. We are in a bind and trying to honor him appropriately. He has done so much for this community. Today, the owner told us that he doesn't need or want our business and furthermore, the $70 dollars that we have spent here is not worth his time. I understand that it is a private business, but he was rude and inconsiderate. We serve everyone, regardless of their affiliation and background. Most of us have been in harm's way fighting for our country and to get this kind of service only shows that we still have work to do. We will keep serving humbly and we will keep securing the freedoms of those who treat us like we are a nuisance or not worth their time. Thank you for showing us your true colors. I am writing this review to highlight our experience. We will take our business elsewhere. The veterans and service members that we serve made sacrifices so that people like this can sleep soundly at night.
They go above and beyond, especially if you're on a time crunch. When I got there on a friday they didnt have power and I needed something for the next day. Power was restored over night and they managed to finish my plates in time.
Great service and fast turn-around! I had heard great things about Brogran's, so they were the place I turned to when I needed a plaque designed. They did a great job. Very happy with their work - I highly recommend them!
The gentleman was very friendly and they had very fast turnaround! I needed a trophy engraved and they had it done in 15 minutes.
Took in a Waterford Crystal anniversary bowl for engraving, reviewed the font size, placement, etc. Wasn’t ready when agreed. 2 days later I was presented with a ruined bowl because the engraving was very noticeably slanted and not really the size we agreed on. Had the bowl not been so expensive I would have just left it, but the woman insisted on being paid after reducing the charge by the $15 setup fee. When I presented it to my wife she graciously explained we would turn the engraving towards the wall. Obviously not at all the intent. Anyone can make a mistake, but is how you deal with it that defines who you are.
For my entire life I've had trophies made at Brogan's. What started with legion baseball, through Packer football and highschool. Now for the last 14 years they've done our fantasy football trophy. Great business. Great work.
