My residency at Bromley Park Apartments, began in September of 2022. My daughter, who was in her early 20’s, spent two years at this complex, and I often visited with her. She always had the best things to say, she felt safe, and comfortable, and never had any problems. Based on her experience with Bromley, as well as what I experienced through her stay, led me to explore the opportunities Bromley could offer myself and my son. I was in a relationship transition, and I was looking for an area where I felt my son and I would be safe, and Bromley met all my expectations. I began my journey by speaking with the apartment manager, Jo-Anne, who was, and still is, one of the most helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Jo-Anne was able to answer all of my questions, she provided me with assistance in completing application forms, and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Upon moving in, the apartment was well cleaned, it had normal wear as apartments typically do, the carpet had not been replaced, however it was cleaned, and everything looked great. The apartments have an open floor plan, and are very spacious. We have a fitness room that has very nice equipment, and men’s, and women’s bathroom, TV’s, and free weights. The fitness room leads out to the pool which has a beautiful fountain that was on when we moved in, unfortunately it was closed since it was mid September, so I am just now able to enjoy it. It is kept clean, there are a few tables with umbrellas, and a lot of lounge chairs. The complex is beautifully landscaped, it is kept looking nice year round. The maintenance crew are very kind, and do great work. I’ve only had to contact them a couple of times, and they were there the same day, but if not, the very next morning. We have been made to feel like family here at Bromley Park Apartments. I truly would not choose another complex after living here. Jo-Anne is always coming up with fun, and unique social activities in the office, as well as food trucks, bingo, and the celebration of many, many holidays! I’ve met new friends, my neighbors are awesome, and I couldn’t be happier. As far as rent prices, in my opinion, the one bedrooms are overpriced, however that is not anything that the apartment manager, or staff have any control over. But, it’s highly worth it to me. Come join us! You’ll definitely enjoy what Bromley has to offer you and your family, too.
This is a very clean, quiet, and pet friendly community. I met most of my neighbors at one of the monthly community events. The management and maintenance teams work hard to take care of their residents. I haven't used the pool yet, but the gym has everything I need to get a good workout. Bromley Park is also minutes away from many excellent shopping and eating establishments. I highly recommend this community.
I enjoyed living at Bromley Park, Apartments, Jo-Anne and Abby are so nice and helpful and very understanding. The maintenance guys are awesome if I needed anything fixed, it got done right away, this is a very clean quiet, well kept pet friendly community. I have no complaints. I will recommend anyone to live at Bromley Park Apartments.
Loved living at Bromley Park Apartments in Winston. Stayed there for 12 months, and I do not really have anything negative to say. If something messed up, they were quick to respond to get it fixed. Also, they were very understanding when we moved out because we mis read the letter that they sent out about resigning our lease. Props to the office management for helping us out there, and for always being quick to respond to any emails or questions that we ever had. Overall, it was a great experience living at Bromley Park, but now on to the next chapter in life.
There are people at the pool and dog park everyday smoking weed. People take up all the handicap spots that don't have a tag. Poorly run and maintained. Moved out as soon as I could. Multiple complaints and nothing is ever done. They have change management and is downhill. There is a guy above me with ankle monitor on his leg and brings crackheads to his apt. No thanks. Glad it's over. Avoid avoid avoid
By far the best place I've lived at. The ladies' in the office are beyond supportive and approachable. The maintenance staff is always on point. I signed my lease for 18 months and by the first month living here I knew was going to be resigning. I'm happy to be here and will likely stay for a while.
I've enjoyed living here for 2 years! The apartments are nice, spacious, and are in a great area. Jo-Anne and Abby are awesome and so is the maintenance crew! My requests are always addressed immediately. It's also dog friendly.
ABBY is AMAZING! She helped me every step of the way on my application. She was very patient and caring to all my needs. She also kept me updated, and is very knowledgeable! THANKS!!! Look forward to being part of the community!!
I love this community, and the staff are so friendly. They do something for the residents monthly, which is awesome, and issues with my apartment will be addressed immediately. Wonderful clean development
Bromley park has very nice & helpful staff. everything has been so smooth since i moved in i would really recommend this apartment complex, if you are looking to get more information on this property i would highly recommend Abby in the front office very nice & helpful, love her positive everything.
