Bronson Battle Creek Hospital

Friendly and experienced staff. They were able to diagnose and treat my son effectively. There was a very long what in the ED, but once in a room, the treatment was very efficient. I had all my questions answered and felt my concerns were addressed. I would recommend Bronson for all my health needs.

I had surgery on 4/13/23 from the moment we walked in I felt welcomed. The staff was amazing. Always checking on me. Took great care of me. My doctor is AMAZING I absolutely love her. I applaud you guys. You were amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Highly recommend!!!!

Wife was there for possible heart issue. Had to stay overnight and we literally got 20 scam calls during that time. Unbelievable. I mean calls about warrantys......car insurance.......healthcare.... it was crazy. Even said something to the nurse. It's a monopoly so what can you do.

My nephew has been in CCU for 6 days now and every nurse, doctor, phlebotomist, EVS worker, etc. have been amazing! They have treated him with dignity and respect and have kept us up to date on his condition. We could not ask for better care and we are very thankful!

Ashley and Breann were careful and attentive to my special needs, while performing an Echocardiogram on me! They are absolutely wonderful!

My mom fell last week. Bronson Battle Creek sent her home and said she was just bruised. She went to Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids at my request, and they found that she had an obvious cracked rib! Thanks Bronson Battle Creek for continuing your tradition of being the worst hospital I've ever seen! This is the 4th time I've had problems with you regarding my parents! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

I have been here since 3/14/23, the emergency staff, was great, had a intern, she was amazing, learned something new,nurse's that have been amazing, and the team of doc. & surgins, the night head nurse not good, or the security, the social worker a lier, came late at night, and kicked my kid out, he came down from the tip of Michigan, on a bus, in the cold no we're to go, I had 3 doc. That seen no problem with him staying, or my nurse's. I have been told this is the only hospital you can't have no one stay. I think they need to freeze, or loose there job, I have had problems, and if I can't have my kid here then this hospital is no good. I will not recommend anyone to come to this hospital. The security, and that nurse made my problem worse,

Four hour wait for nothing, with a child that is vomiting blood. Last time same issue. Seven hour wait for nothing. Today at Bronson I watched a new baby in their waiting room that clearly had rsv sit there for at least five hours in the waiting room. Bronson is understaffed. Do not waste your time going here unless you want to camp out for a night in a waiting room chair.

This hospital is the worse, I sat in the ER lobby for three hours waiting for a room to be available got there a lil after 7 pm left out midnight for them to not give me all of my paperwork. I called and the lady on the phone said i didn’t have no restrictions after I just injured my back, then someone callas me back and says I do have restrictions and I can come back to get the paperwork at the desk only for them to not have it ready and no one knows what I’m talking about. This is far by the worst hospital I’ve ever been too!!!

I was in the Hospital room 207 for a week. Spinal meningitis. I received the best care the whole time up there. The Doctors we so caring, informative and kind. Every nurse was attentive and caring to my every need. I am so blessed that I was there. I believe I even built relationships with the staff. It was Wonderful! I thank God for everyone there.
