What more can I say then kindness is what matters to the vets and staff at Brook-Falls. When our furry family member needs attention and  medical care I truly trust the veterinarians here. They took wonderful care of my beautiful Maisie all the way to the end. I will always be grateful for the care you provided for her as well as for my current dogs, Yogi and Tessa. Dr. Bloss and the whole Brook Falls Veterinary Hospital took care of Ellie, our cat, when he had oral surgery for a mass as well as extractions of his decayed teeth. Dr. Bloss and her team took the time to explain to us what the expectations are and updated us right away about Ellie's post procedural events and care. We found out not to long ago that 1 of my cats tested positive for the FLV milder virus. Dr. Bloss personally called us, explained thoroughly the condition, gave us resources to learn more about the condition and answered all our questions.  Pricing can be on the higher end but knowing that your pets will be in good hands is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Brook Falls for a few years with my exotic pets. The staff has always been so good and have been helpful with the many visits we’ve had with them. Recently we had to euthanize our chinchilla Joey. The entire staff was overwhelming compassionate. I just picked up his ashes and the mementos we asked for. I was truly touched by the note that a staff member left for us. Thank you so much for being there for us and always doing what is best for the animal in your care.

Our family and friends recommended this vet and we've had nothing but great service since day 1. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They give you a lot of great resources to use which is helpful with a new puppy. I love that they partner to offer a 24/7 chat option for when they are not open. They got all the messages and followed up right away the next business day! Overall great experience, wonderful loving and caring staff. Highly recommend!

They were the best at taking care of my rabbit.snowball loves them because she stays calm.  Last time I think both times  Dr .Wittenberg had her.. all the staff is how your supposed to be they live by the golden rules and make my anxiety driven daughter at ease. I recommend them to anyone.

Amazing people and complete compassion and respect for animals and their owners. Had to go there with one of my geckos because my normal vet was out of town. And they made a very hard situation much more pleasant than it could have been. We had to put our gecko down. They wrapped her up in a little cardboard coffin. And even gave us a clay print for free with all four of her little paw prints on them.

I made a same day appointment for my 2 yr old rat to be seen as he was having some troubles. The vet was extremely kind, took her time to explain all options, what his quality of life looked like, and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. I chose euthanasia, and the team was so kind and caring, explaining the entire process, mementos I could recieve, and reassured me that this was the right decision for him. I'm so grateful that they gave me as much time as I wanted with him, and at no point did I feel rushed, judged, or any negative experience. They helped make an extremely hard decision a bit easier. Thank you so much.

Brookfalls is the best! The doctors are so detail oriented and all the vet techs are so knowledgeable. I can always count on them to fit me in an emergency and help my dog feel better. Thanks for all that you do! I’ll never go anywhere else.

There seems to be a lot of miscommunication between the techs and doctors and reception area. I’ve been told certain things from a tech and then something different from doctor. The reception area could not explain about certain charges to my account when I was on the puppy plan. Although most of the techs and doctors are very friendly and seem to enjoy what they’re doing to help pets.

Dr. Harris and her assistant had a gentle and patient approach towards my cats and it was evident that she genuinely cared for their well-being. She took the time to explain her findings and her best advice for my cats health. I would highly recommend Dr. Harris to anyone seeking a veterinarian who is not only skilled but also compassionate towards animals and their owners.
