Ayurvedic Consultation: Learn about yourself from the inside out. The proper diet and lifestyle for each individual are different because each of us is different. What might be good and medicinal for one person could be toxic for someone else. We are all unique individuals. An Ayurvedic consultation will help introduce you to yourself. Your initial consultation will take between one and a half to two hours. The cost is $120.
Ayurvedic Body Treatment: An Ayurvedic body treatment involves massaging the head, face, hands and feet in a very specific way. The head, face, hands and feet are areas where many marmas (vital energy points) are located. Unblocking those energy points is an extremely important part of achieving total health. Special oils are infused with 100% pure herbs, specially prepared in the traditional Ayurvedic way. During the massage, two masks are applied to the face in order to draw toxins out. This treatment is not only relaxing but very therapeutic for the entire body and the mind. This treatment an hour long. The cost is $90.
Shiro-Abhyanga: Shiro-Abhyanga is the traditional Ayurvedic Head Massage that unblocks marmas (vital energy points), which as a result will help stimulate hair follicles, circulation and memory. Shiro-Abhyanga nourishes the five senses, can help relieve headaches, improve complexion and help with insomnia. This head massage includes treatment of the face, scalp, head marmas, neck and ears. The massage takes about 30 minutes. The cost is $55.
Ayurvedic Facials: Ayurveda approaches facials and beauty from a holistic point of view. Skin mirrors what is happening inside. Ayurvedic facials include masks and oils that are made with 100% pure herbs, specially prepared in the traditional Ayurvedic way. Ayurvedic Facials take about 45 minutes. The cost is $80.
