PRO and Honest Review: BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY BROOKLINEN. We purchased 2 of their down pillows. They’re showing them nice and full on their website, but what they shipped us was a pair of 40% filled pillows. They don’t even look half-way filled. We contacted their customer service to send back the order and their answer was: “I'd love to help here, however, it looks like your Pillows were purchased on Final Sale. Because of that, we're unable to accept it as a return.” So they’re pretty much forcing us to keep pillows that we’re not satisfied owning. Make sure to check their fine print and return policy. Their so called “Last Call” section apparently gives them the right to trick people and get away with it. They won’t get away with my money. I assure you.

I just left this location and seriously had such an amazing experience. Brianna was incredibly helpful and kind from the minute I walked in. Absolutely will be back! Thank you!!

Purchased two of their popular down-filled pillows in “firm”. When received, they were very soft. I got rid of my other pillows and tried to get a resolution through their live chat, but no luck. They don’t seem to care after a purchase has been made and won’t put any effort into resolving it. Stay away.

Yes the classic sheets are soft and cool but tear easily. I have bought two fitted sheets and both tore in less than a year. No longer going to invest in these products.

I was looking for comfortable luxurious bed sheets. I ordered the classic percale sheets in King size. They were not cheap! They arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. I was so excited. I immediately opened them and washed them. When I put them in the bed they were a wrinkled mess! The material was not soft at all. I ordered the ivory color and it looks like a dirty yellow rag after washing and drying. These sheets are horrendous! The only good thing I can say is the return policy is fantastic. Easy process and hassle free. I am beyond disappointed with the quality. The sheets at Target and Costco are 100 times actually nicer. Sorry Brooklinen. Step up your game. These sheets are awful.

Made my first purchase here today with Natifah, the store manager, who was so incredibly helpful. I changed my mind three times during the purchase, and each time she was beyond helpful and accommodating. 10/10 recommend this shopping at the store.

Update! Angelo the store manager reached out to me and is helping make things right. Really appreciate you Angelo. Previous reviewVisited twice in the last week and had negative customer service experiences both times. Employees are unwilling to help problem-solve. Also don’t love the sheets or bathrobe I bought here, but that’s a separate issue.

First, Brooklinen has the best customer service. The representative is so kind and helpful, my congratulations to her !! Their down comforter has a very good goose quality filling. I had one for over 15 years and the new one is great too. I also purchase 2 "morningside dress" and I love the quality. It can be used to stay at home or as a sleep wear, soft and light.

My wife and I were so excited to get “premium” sheets for the first time. After exactly one year our sheets had holes. Customer service was great and replaced the sheets. Exactly one year later same issue full of holes never again will I spend a dollar here.
