Why do other outlets and discount stores have better prices on Brooks Brothers' merch then BB outlet stores themselves? Didn't buy anything there.
Very Poor customer service. I don’t really like to make bad reviews but I have to. Went to the store to buy a Polo Long Sleeve Shirt and as soon as my wife and I entered the store one of the girls that works there asked me WHAT BRING YOU IN TODAY. We didn’t spend 2 minutes at the store and the we left, we feel very uncomfortable with that type of question, them 2 mens came to the store right after us and the same girl at store tell them how you guys are doing today…First time I heard that from a store employee. That was going to be my first time buying clothes from them because I really want to try their clothes but now it turn that I will never going to buy any clothes from Brooks Brothers.
Went there to buy a suit ask the girl for a one button jacket she said we don’t have any but suggested to remove one button on 2 button jacket and leave the button hole. What a stupid answer please get better help that know what there doing. I don’t want to leave one star you deserve 0
Been looking for suits for a while. Within 20 minutes I had two perfectly fitting suits, 4 shirts, shoes, socks and a belt. Mike did a great job helping me out. He knows his stuff and knew exactly what was going to fit and work well together. Highly recommend seeing Mike if you’re in the market for some clothing. Great prices too! Thanks Mike!
Went in looking for some nice casual attire for a summer event. In my experience the staff were extremely polite. If I remember right, Mike was the one who helped me out finding the right pair of shoes after I got my pants, and he was extremely patient and polite with us having to go through a whole debacle where the shoe sizes hadn't lined up right and I had to try on four pairs of shoes to find the right fit. That along with the deals on the items I purchased made the experience the highlight of my day. If I need more clothing for work or for other events, this place is high on my list.
There is nothing that compares to investing in Brooks Brothers clothing. Especially their iconic Oxford shirts and blazers. They will last forever and never seem out of style. Brooks Brothers is the last remaining bastian for a gentleman's wardrobe. Not skinny magazine models. I have their Original Polo Oxfords that are decades old that still launder and starch like new. When they have a sale it's like finding gold. Make a special plan to get to their flagship store on Madison Avenue. It's an adventure.

Got a new shirt yesterday, it's already falling apart at the seams quite literally. Really expensive and clearly didn't hold up, I've been in the shirt for about an hour and I'm noticing more and more threads splitting. It's embarrassing, and clearly poorly made.
This is now my go-to store for classic, high-quality merchandise. Friendly, helpful service.
Excellent experience. Walked in to get a suit was helped right away by Barbara. Left in 15 minutes with 2 suits, 3 shirts and two extra pants all that fit and looked good. Did not have to leave the dressing area to try them all on. Great experience and great prices!
