I had the best experience and service at Brooks! Melissa helped me pick out the perfect glasses and contacts. She took her time helping me find frames that looked amazing on me, in my price range, and lenses that fulfilled all my needs! I couldn’t be happier! Ray, Bridget, Lindsey, and dr. Phyfer we’re all so friendly and made me feel welcome my first visit. I highly recommend and will be returning!
I would have giving 5 stars if it wasn’t for the horrific wait time. Dr. Phyfor is phenomenal very attentive and knowledgeable but that wait time in the lobby is horrific. I don’t know if they’re just over booking but if that would change I would give it 5 stars . Other than that I love the staff!!!
Dr Phifer helped me so much with my eyes and the ladies up front helped so much with getting glasses! Very thankful they are in Columbus!
I've been to many eye doctors over the years. This clinic is by far the best. Dr. Phifer was attentive, answered my many questions and very thorough. The staff throughout my visit were friendly and very helpful. They all made me feel really comfortable.
This place is awesome. You will get the best customer service over anywhere else. They have a great Optometrist, Ray Hightower. He could be an ophthalmologist if he wanted to. He will take care of all your needs. If there was a 10-star rating, I would give them that
The doctor was super nice as well as the girls that helped me pick out my glasses ... I also havnt gotten a pair or glasses and seen such a dramatic difference in my vision immediately. Very good quality lenses..
I absolutely loved my experience at Brooks Eye Center. All the girls there were very friendly. They went above and beyond making my visit comfortable and assisting me with my scheduling needs. Meredith Weathers was so sweet and helpful. She really made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my visit. Dr. Earwood has a great bedside manner. She was extremely thorough and did a great job answering my questions. Lindsey was very patient and took a lot time with me . She assisted me in trying on many different frames and picking out the best ones. All of staff there were great:
This facility is awesome. I always receive the best care there. I have seen Dr. Brooks and Dr. Earwood and both are professional, friendly, and efficient. Meredith does an great job making me feel comfortable while performing various tests. She answers all my questions patiently. Morgan always takes time in arranging appointments for my husband and myself. This eye clinic is very accommodating and professional, and all the staff is friendly and helpful!
They are always super nice and very helpful. The girl that I normally report use always takes her time to make sure that my son has the glasses that he likes and she never rushes him . I recommend Brooks a center to any and everyone that I know that is ever looking for any I care needs.
This was a great experience for me. Courtney was extremely helpful. There was an issue with getting prices from my insurance. But, she had great communication with me and helped me every step of the way. Definitely recommend them!
