Owners Jimmy and Renee Brooks have a full service fresh meat case filled with extra lean boneless roast, fresh whole fryers (cut up for no extra charge on request); Natural chicken breasts, Extra Lean Ground Chuck and 80/20 ground beef (never tubed, we grind it here daily), as well as a variety of the most popular cuts of steaks at great prices seasoned (at no extra cost) at your request! We carry all natural ground beef produced right here in Stephens County by Circle Seven.
We offer a selection of frozen cuts that were in the fresh counter no more than 2 days, we reduce the price and vacuum pack them in see through packaging. This process helps eliminate freezer burn and gives the meat a much longer life compared to the traditional wax coated freezer paper or plastic wrap.
We have a variety of seafood items in our freezer section including but not limited to Frog Legs, crab legs, Halibut, Salmon, Tuna, Mahi Mahi and crawfish.
Brooks Meat Market also has a deli case full of cheeses and deli meats including our own market made Cure-81 boneless peppered ham. All sold in any amount you want shaved or sliced.
We have a large section of Made in Oklahoma products featuring some local vendors.
We can special order meat items that are not carried in the store.
Furthermore, for the holidays, we specialize in deep fried breasts, sugar cured breasts & fully-cooked smoked turkeys, 1800's style peppered-hams, old fashion sugar-dry-cure and spiral-cut honey hams- Whole or Sliced!
Brooks' also sells market-made: Beef Jerky, BBQ, Chili, smoked sausage, andouille, and bratwurst! We will smoke meat for you, just give us a call!

We process wild game, it must be skinned and gutted! If you have an animal you need to bring in and we are closed just call Jimmy at (405)444-1333 and he will meet you at the store.
