Brooks Smith
Born and raised in Midland, Texas and the son of a builder. After graduating Lee High School, Brooks continued his education at both Odessa College and Midland College. His educational focus was on petroleum, business and real estate.
Brooks was a single parent for 18 years, raising three sons. His youngest son is presently a decorated service member serving with the 160th Airborne Special Forces stationed in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.
Brooks has been a business owner in Midland for twenty-five years, and has served on many local boards: City of Midland Airport & Planning; Keep Midland Beautiful; member of County Education District (he was appointed by the Governor); and Greenwood School board Trustee. He likes to give back to his community by being involved with United Way, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, and Habit for Humanity.
Brooks is presently an active Realtor Associate with Legacy Real Estate. His current designations are GRI, ABR, and TRLP to better assist you in your next real estate transaction.
