After 2 months of running out of my prescription before my refill date, I decided to count my pills to find out I was missing 10 pills from the stapled & sealed bottle! Of course they say there’s no way their pharmacists shorted it, so if it’s a controlled substance, make sure to verify your counts before you leave.

Denise the Pharmacist is THE BEST hands down!! Our family loves her and her team! Although sometimes convenient to have access to a 24 hour pharmacy, we find it well worth working around their schedule for the solid advice and support we get from this great pharmacy :

Started going here when another pharmacy couldn't fill my script & they sent it to Brookshire. We have since started to transfer all refills to Brookshire Pharmacy. Great staff, they know their stuff, are friendly, & will help when needed. Really good team of people.

Head pharmacist is very unethical. Won’t provide the medication needed even though she has the stock. Complaint filed.
