Employees are very nice and helpful.  Smaller size of the store is perfect for me.  Good produce although not always consistent and not as diverse as places like Kroger or Sprouts.  Prices are good especially the "buy one get one for 1 cent" specials.  I like that they carry your bags to your car.

They have amazing deals from time to time. The buy one get one for a penny deal should be jumped on asap. Getting a pack of t-bones for 15 bucks plus a second pack for a penny is just crazy and if you missed out you're crazy. They always have exactly what I need or want. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They don't push the awkward small talk at the register which is nice. Produce is always fresh. Never any issues minus the occasional empty shelf due to a big deal.

Good variety of groceries and food to buy and very reasonable prices. The one best way to save there is to get the rewards Red card so you can buy a lot of items at a discount if they have the red tags on them. You'll also save points on all of your purchases - 1 point for $1 spent. However, the points are not very usable unless you spend $500 or more a month since every point expires a month from earn date. And that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Anyway, it's still great saving to shop there

Employers are always super nice. It's a tad dated but not in a bad way. Pretty reasonable but still much better prices at Win-co so this place usually isn't my go to. But it is a very good size not to small but not too big.

It is my favorite store. They are always friendly, inside everything is always were it's supposed to be. I tell all my clients about them all the time. Compared to Walmart it's 200% better. And it's nice to have someone take your cart for you. I love it!!!!!!

Just moved here and this is my first time shopping at this Brookshires. Its my first time in over 2 decades since I've been to one. I had a very pleasant experience. Everything was nicely stocked and the store is very well kept. They have good prices, a lot on sale. And the employees that helped me were super nice. So happy to know this place is right around the corner because i will definitely be a frequent shopper! :-

Staff is super nice. Based on demographics I fit in so anxiety level was low. I couldn't find the batteries I was sent for so I asked for help, the guy was grate he helped me get what I needed. The store manager was super nice. Over all I'm still not expressed with brookshier brothers. Still support local business.

Everything is more expensive than if you were to shop at Winco. If I go here it’s because of the convenience of how close it is to my apartment. When I can, I go out of my way to avoid this place. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. However, they lost my business because this is the second time they’ve forgotten to hand me a bag of groceries I had purchased. The first time it happened I went back and the manager had to go look at cameras for 15 minutes to ensure I wasn’t trying to scam them when the cashier knew what happened and put my bag in the fridge with the build your own beer six pack  in case I came back. I’m done.

Ok. Sales prices on some things are ok but overall this store is well overpriced. People are very friendly and the service was very good. Selections for fresh veges and meats seem very limited and the bakery was pretty sad. Overall clean but the store seems old and dated with none of the bells and whistles you get with most retailers these days.

It's an old time supermarket maybe not the very lowest prices but nice people and everything you could possibly need. It's had to describe just how wonderful the experience was most of the time when employees offer to help you it's clear they don't really want to. That's not the case at Brookshire's.
