Great park... has a nice Lil creek to walk along. Playgrounds and a outdoor swimming pool. Picnic areas. Lots of parking and several ways to get to the park. My dogs were leashed and they loved the grass.
You can't go wrong with brookside it is amazing. You have a skate park, three different playgrounds, ample shade, covered party areas and the best part a brook!!
Nice and peaceful beautiful Farmington weather. A good place to take your Date for a picnic. You get to listen to the sounds of the creek flowing no Noise Just Mother Nature in Beautiful Farmington NM.
Heard this is where druggies lerk but honestly the place is really chill ngl, I played baseball with some kid the other day and almost dislocated my finger but it was the most fun I've had for a while, only downside is I can hear the ice cream truck all the way from my grandma's backyard
Lots of space for the kiddos to run around and play. Grass is very green love it! The little stream through the park is a nice touch to the added shade of all the trees!
I've never had a bad experience here. Green grass, trees, and a lot of open space are always good things and this place has 'em!

The park itself is great! Lots if different play areas. There is a bathroom on site as well. My only complaint is that there can be some youth and adults in the area that may not be as safe. So, just stay with your kids and you should be just fine!
This is Farmington's centerpiece city park. The park stretches for a long distance along a shallow brook. The eastern end hold the skatepark and Bisti Bay water park. The western end us playground and group shelters. In the middle is a band concert shelter and open grass fields.
