Dr Plunkett is amazing. He takes great care of my boys
I'm so grateful to Dr. Plunkett who saved my beautiful dogs life. She had pyometra and Dr. Plunkett did a surgery right away. We got to take her home later in the afternoon, and shes feeling much better today. So grateful for his wisdom and experience. I highly recommend Brookville Animal Hospital.
These have taken care of my Dog with the Love like he belonged to them. Our Eddie has a life expectancy of 14/15 years. He will celebrate his 16th in October Action speaks louder than words
Dr. Plunkett treats you and your animal like family. From the first interaction, his smile and warmth confirm you made the right decision to let him have your pets life in his hands. His knowledge is above all on Long Island. His care is that of close family. Can’t praise this man enough
Dr Krasnoff is 10/10 the best vet. He is genuine and only wants the best for our dog -he always goes above and beyond for her and us to make sure she gets the most optimal care.
This is a fantastic Veterinarian Facility. The entire staff is kind, helpful and professional. I have been to many Veterinarians and this facility is the best.
I have been taking all of my fur babies to Brookville Animal Hospital since around 1996/98’. I have never had 1 complaint. Dr. Krasnoff has been there through some of the worst times in my life like when I had to put down my soulmate and best friend Eclipse. He has always done the right thing by my dogs and me. He doesn’t breed discriminate, he has never made my pits wear muzzles and my boys actually let him examine them. He is so knowledgeable and an expert in his profession. Dr. Webb is a fantastic vet and person too! The staff has always been friendly, professional, accommodating and actually care about the animals. I highly recommend Brookville Animal Hospital to family and friends. Thank you Brookville Animal Hospital!! L. Nelson
Dr. Jeffery Krasnoff cared for our giant goldendoddle, Maggie, from February, 2004 when she was 8 weeks old. He helped us welcome her into our family, was responsible for her amazingly good health for more than 15 years she outlived 7 siblings in her litter and allowed her a peaceful passing in our home this past Monday. We are thankful for all the years of Dr. Krasnoff's knowledge and expertise and are forever grateful for the way he understood how much we loved Maggie and treated her as if she were his own family. Our deepest thanks to Dr. Krasnoff and his team.
Won’t ever go back. Dr Krasnoff saw my very sick sugar glider. I expressed my concerns and he ignored them all. The exam was 5 minutes long and he charged more than any other vet I’ve been too. The worst part is that he trimmed my sugar gliders teeth with plyers, saying they were too long. Sugar gliders do not grow teeth consistently like rodents do, because they are marsupials. The next day my sugar glider was in worse condition and not eating , I called the office they were nice only to get a call back from Dr Krasnoff telling me that I was stupid for doubting him on cutting the teeth, and to throw my education out the window because I was wrong I am a second year veterinary student. He proceeded to hang up on me and ignore my sugar gliders pain and would not prescribe him any medication. My sugar glider was lethargic, yellow skin/fur, not eating, super dehydrated, distended abdomen, diarrhea, and he assured me that was all normal. Next day I took my glider to an exotic vet where he was immediately diagnosed with cancer. They agreed that the teeth trimming was an awful thing and that it should have NEVER happened. I had him put down due to the cancer and pain + not eating and had a necropsy done on him which proved to be cholangiocarcinoma and had metastasized to many organs. Dr Krasnoff caused additional pain to my senior glider by rough handling and trimming his teeth. I feel so awful for my glider to have gone through this in his final days and I can’t help but think I would have had more time with him if he never saw krasnoff.
Although I hope to never see Dr. Krasnoff again in a professional setting, this is the only place we would ever bring Lola. Kind, courteous, he even offered to come by the house when we were obsessively worrying about the doggo post-op. The pet store next door, named literally, is also wonderful. Pic of sad, but healthy recovering doggo included.
