Geoffrey M. Brothers has more than thirty years of real estate experience beginning in 1979 as a real estate salesperson for Sterling Thompson and Gloria Nilson Realtors before founding his own company in Red Bank in 1984. He has attained the Graduate of Realtor Institute designation and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a 200 hour graduate-level curriculum, submission of a resume confirming attainment of a high level of qualifying experience with no less than $30,000,000 in sales and leasing volume, and the successful completion of a comprehensive six hour final exam. CCIM’s are recognized as seasoned experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North American, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 1,200,000 real estate practitioners in North America, less than 10,000 have attained the coveted CCIM designation.
