Been here for 8 years and can say that they have consistently shaped my eyebrows just right, the employees are a little shy but also very kind and respectful.Services: Hair threading

It used to be my go to place but honestly super disappointing that I got there when it was 6:53 pm and they said it was closed even though the place close at 7:00 pm. Like I drove there for 20 minutes for nothing. It takes literally 5 minutes to get brows done and they just didn’t want to do it. I won’t come back there.

Always my go-to! I usually get brows and on occasionally a tint but each artist does a great job and I am usually out quickly without needing an appointment.

Extremely unsanitary! Used the same eyebrow brush and tweezers on every single customer— no sanitizing in-between, and there can be blood exposure from hair follicles! Horrified!Service: Eyebrow threading

I was there with my sister and my daughter. They have the poorest customer service, they don’t even ask you what you want to get done, As soon as you seat on the chair they tell you hold your eye. Last time I was there the lady run my credit card 3 times she said 1st time didn’t work because the receipt didn’t print, 2nd time she said she got confused and charged me less money so she had to run it a 3rd time. I got home and I look at my statement and she charged me 3 times. I will never go back to this place.

I went here last week and a guy did my eyebrows.. I knew when he picked me to go up he was gonna mess up on my eyebrows. Mind you, I had thick full eyebrows. I asked for a clean up and he did the opposite and my eyebrows SO thin. I was almost in tears. $16 is a ridiculous price for not taking that much hair off your eyebrows. First time going to this location and it was the worse mistake ever. Don't come here.
