Awful automatic car wash. Touchless, but maybe it needs the touch because I feel RIPPED OFF! $12 and my car looks like this afterwards. It wasn’t even that dirty to begin with - it basically looks the same after washing. Please come service this car wash and make it work. What a waste of money.
Not a bad touch free option with easy access in Buckley. Could use a little better job on bug removal otherwise worth the price!
Love the car wash. Vacuum sucks weak. The staff even weaker... Same man from years ago apparently has an issue with either women or me of color. I continued to clean bcuz my junk was out to vacuum... I hate the red glares tho. Being alone is not safe when any person stares and gives u a vibe of i will hurt u. It was daytime too!
I went through twice because my car was very dirty. Cheap wash first and then the best one. Car looks great.
Worse car wash I've been to. My truck is still as dirty as it was before I went in. I tried to contact owner and no response.
The place is clean and nice but when I was trying to pay with my card the whole machine just fell out of the wall and they don't have anything but card option to pay and I am always worried about scanning my card on one of those readers they have. I was happy to see the use environmentally safe products and everything worked well.
Excellent carwash but not able to give receipt for hand wash
First time here and the auto wash did a great job. Love the touchless wash!!! Affordable and worth the stop!!
UPDATE: From what the owner states, that only comes with the higher tier and I find that this is unreasonable. I'm going to remove another star from 3 stars and I'm going to another wash station. This is by far the most run down looking Brown Bear I've been to, but I just assumed it was due to lack of customers since it's rural which isn't bad but maybe it's because they skimp on even the most basic of services in their wash station. I've used the cheapest setting on the other Brown Bears and I believe my car was still dried at the end [I'm almost certain of it] regardless of the tier. My resolution is to just go to South Hill instead, this is just another one of Bonney Lake/Buckley/Sumner's cheap wash stations with an owner who could care less about the level of service he provides while making a buck higher than the other wash stations in the area. You won't get my service again. This station seems too cheap on providing service. I know it's a recession, but not have a dryer at the end of all services ought to be a basic necessity in a wash and I always dry my car off if I wash it by hand because I are about my clear coat. The owner doesn't care about my car, clearly, since it's only for higher tier washes. What a joke. That doesn't set right with me. ORIGINAL REVIEW [edited and cleaned up]: I typically frequent this brown bear as it is close to me but sometimes I wonder if the touchless wash station is broken. I took my car through at the cheapest wash there's only 3 tier options and I wanted a quick rinse for now. The wash seemed to go well...but it didn't dry my car at the end. Now my question is: Is that... Is that supposed to work that way? Every time I've got tier 2 or 3 washes, it was dried after unless I'm mistaken. Definitely threw me off. My final thoughts are that I may just not use touch less anymore. I don't like that it leaves water on my car because it leaves spots when it dries as leaving water spots. Per many expert details and washers, leaving water spots "can permanently damage your cars paint by etching into the clear coat." I love the paint on my vehicle. It's in quite good condition, but it's not worth it to have it damaged by something as simple as a dry off.
Well, for the top touchless car wash The Beary Best you are looking at $15...... Which is $2 dollars cheaper than the top wash at the touchless elephant car wash in Bonney Lake. So, it does have that and that is why I'm giving 3 stars. It's your typical touchless car wash. If you want your vehicle cleaned really well, then you need to get out and do it yourself. The price is ridiculous and I agree with that....... but people expecting a machine to wash your vehicle and get in every nook and cranny..... Is just crazy. I will just stick to washing it myself. Cheaper and done to my liking.
