I am outside right now was about to enter, and there is an insane amount of negative reviews Yelp about horrible experiences, things being stolen from cars cash, earphones, losing your keys, not properly going through a supervised process, changing rates, ignoring complaints and just a general lack of care at this valet. 18 Reviews, and it's 1 and a half stars, takes a lot to pull an average down that bad hahah

The restaurants there are pretty good but it's cursed being in the middle of rat infested bum-ridden in koreatown

We went to Boiling Crab. Excellent food. Great atmosphere.

Nah don’t park here lol. they have validations and the restaurants all give you validations as long as you ate or bought something from them. however, me and my friends were at 85 bakery chilling and eating cuz we wanted to enjoy the cakes. when it was time to leave, i got charged $20 for the parking ticket. they told me that one hour free with validation does not count a bakery. a lost ticket cost 20 but i PAID 20 for a parking ticket that had 85 bakery’s validation. i’d say its a pure scam and especially for those who want to sit and enjoy your coffee, go somewhere else with FREE parking.

Interestingly enough even if you go to the restaurant and eat, they give you a certificate on the parking ticket that you can park for free, you still have to pay for parking when you go out, it's that awful. If people go it is recommended not to park inside or you will meet the most shameless people in the world. Of course the food is great!

22 this is the local spot for me it's been a lot of my time in the area and this is a great spot to come with your food if they have a great Philly cheese steak restaurant here as well as 85° c which is great for baked goods.

I did a take out order at Boiling Crab. I absolutely enjoyed my meal. It was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I carried it from Korea Town to Northridge. I will do return.

Great little place with a variety of niche places while waiting for kbbq or boiling crab. Parking is usually $3-$6; don't forget to get your ticket validated or you will end up paying $20. Honeyme is also located at this location which makes for a nice treat afterward. A+

Worst parking ever. Told us we had no validation even before asking us where we went. When we tried to explain the situation that we had a validation, the lady on the Counter simply handed us a 20 dollar ticket for a mere 1 hour parking; without even listening to a word we said to her. When we tried to ask her which parkings were validated she refused to tell us that too!! Dont know how people have given 4.4 reviews on googleunless all of them are fake or bought. Later checked and found 1.5 reviews on yelp. Even the receipt given to us we insisted on getting one seems to be fake though printed; they have on purpose spelled the name of the parking structure wrong so that none can legally implicate them. I think its the plaza scamming people. BEWARE of the SCAMMERS and do check the yelp ratings as well.
