My family has used Browns Funeral Home for many years. I am still very impressed in their professionalism. Teresa was in charge of a family friends funeral and she went above and beyond for this family. We appreciate the extra touches she added. I will use this Funeral Home again, I highly recommend them. Thank you all so much but especially Teresa.
Theresa was fantastic with my dad after my mom passed. Then, 17 days later when my dad passed Theresa was so kind and caring with me!! She made me feel I was part of The Brown Family and that gave me confidence, peace and reassurance!

Would give 0 stars this was a terrible experience from this funeral home Theresa was rude and inconsiderate no compassion with family and never felt like it was my fathers funeral. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. And all she cared about was the money. Treated us siblings like second class citizens.
The entire staff at Brown Funeral Home under the direction of Todd Clayton did a terrific job for our family. While the Covid-19 pandemic put certain restrictions on funeral services Brown went the extra mile for us. My mom looked very nice and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Todd Clayton has handled both of my parents funerals and is a true professional. Also, thank you to Tiffany who is so nice and professional, her follow up skills are exceptional.
I just want to extend my gratitude to Michelle and her entire team at Brown’s. During this very sad and difficult time, everyone was wonderful. From the planning to the service, everything went smoothly and nicely. The staffs were attentive and answered all our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were meant. It made a stressful and sad time bearable because there wasn’t additional added stress. For that, our family would like to say “thank you”.
My father prepaid for his funeral. Brown honored all of his requests, and did not try to sell us anything beyond it. We even got a refund since we didn't spend as much as Dad paid. I am so impressed with their kind hearted treatment of my family and the professionalism of the staff. Thank you for coming alongside us during this difficult time.
BROWN Funeral Grand Blanc went above and beyond assisting and supporting our family in the recent loss of our Dad. The professionalism and kindness began from the minute they were called of his passing. It was so nice having them just take over anf handle all the details. It was a beautiful ceremony and they made contacts to everyone needed. They even on such short notice arranged for the military to do their Honors for my Dad which was so touching. I highly recommend this funeral home and staff in your time if loss.
I was very grateful to Jillian, Pat and the entire Brown Funeral Home staff for their expertise, professionalism, and help after my son’s passing. They were very respectful and careful to allow me to make all of the choices necessary. They also set the chapel up beautifully. When the urn I wanted was out of stock, they went out of their way to locate one for me. Everything was perfect! It was a relief to have their guidance during one of the most difficult times in my life.
