WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND STAFF! New to Arkansas - Looking for a new orthodontist - - Dr. Brown was recommended by our long-time ortho from another state - glad she referred us to him!! As a parent looking for the best one can provide for my child, I found it in Dr. Brown. *Just looking at the many degrees that this doctor has, put me at ease.* Very nice person and excellent orthodontist. The front office Vanessa & Roxannebilling are friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the efficiency of the ortho-technicians Brook and Evyn. Beautiful staff inside and out!

Dr Browns office staff is amazing and his work is great! My son had a crazy narrow mouth and we took him in for a consultation at 8yrs. Dr Brown started treatment right away to make room in his mouth for his teeth and saved us from further complications. We had braces twice two phases one to prep his mouth for bigger teeth and once for when all the teeth came in. Great results from both!

We love Dr Brown and his staff. This my 2nd child I have had to put in braces and we wouldn’t go anywhere else and have and will recommend Dr Brown to anyone who needs an orthodontist. Thank you to Dr Brown and your staff for making the process enjoyable.

My daughter and I began our journey with Invisalign in January. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Brown and staff. You feel welcome the minute you walk in the door and staff makes you feel comfortable, even with your mouth wide open during procedures. The results we are already seeing is incredible. You need an ortho? Dr. Brown is your man.

We are on our second child going through Dr. Brown. He has done and is doing a great job with their braces. My daughter, who is now done with her braces, is often told that she has a beautiful set of teeth. The staff could not be friendlier and Dr. Brown has been professional and kind in all of his dealings with us.

Dr Brown is not easily accessible, rushes through his visits, doesn’t listen to patient needs. His staff doesn’t keep up with the charts or notes well. You have to remind them on things and there is poor communication between the staff, doctor and patient. The lack of communication has affected my time and treatment. It has made an already unnerving situation unnecessarily stressful. My dentist did not recommend Brown. I wish I had listened instead of thought of convenience. In the end, none of this has been convenient for me at all. I’m considering ending my treatment and going elsewhere. Brown doesn’t return calls- he makes you take time out of your schedule to set up a consultation- over anything! He does not even see emergency situations personally but has his staff assist with that as well. He doesn’t do anything after office hours. You will mainly be dealing with all his assistants in your treatment plan. When trying to make it right, he refused and ceased my services & charged me $1000 more then the signed contract.

We appreciate Dr. Brown and his staff so much! He pays attention to each detail of his patients, recommending a conservative yet very thorough treatment plan. Each of the 5 members of our family have used his expertise in one way or another, from braces to new retainers as an adult to prevent further teeth shifting. It's also very convenient that they offer 2 locations for appts.

We love Dr. Brown and everyone in the office! They are always running on time and take as long as they say they will. They are super friendly and help my kids feel at ease and comfortable in their office.
