Brown's Bookstore

what a wonderful place, im a big book lover and sad to see so many places go out of business that sell book. Browns has old and used books at very low prices, often the traditional stories that are no longer being taught in our schools. its a great place to find classics to add to your home library. the staff are great as well. i prefer this store of Barnes and nobles.

Brown's used book collection and prices are almost as good as his company. My sister and I stopped in while on vacation to purchase some beach reading material and were pleasantly surprised. This is a real authentic used bookstore that is veteran owned and operated. Mr Brown's passion for books and the people that still read them is definitely apparent in how he runs his shop, while his conversation and prices can't be beat. I wish Mr Brown's shop was closer to home because I would definitely be a repeat customer.

A gem of a bookstore! Exactly what I expect a classic used bookstore to be, a bit of just about everything can be found there. Don’t expect a trendy, polished, used bookstore that is trying to look like a chain bookstore. This store is endearing in its semi untidy stacks of books with intermingled non-book items to purchase. We spoke with the owner Mrs. Brown and she was a joy to have a conversation with. I will absolutely be going back.

The ladies today were helpful and knowledgeable. The book selection is excellent. It is clean and well ordered. I love the smell of books, there were no mold nor mildew smells. Books in excellent shape. Prices were good. I bought 11! Highly recommend this olace

This place is awesome! Great books, great prices, great people. They were very helpful with helping me find what I was looking for. This place is a gold mine where you may never know what you can find. It is also veteran owned.

The perfect used bookstore. One of the only ones like it in 100 miles. The book collection was vast and given at a good price! So happy I got some good finds for beach reading!

Love it. Whenever I'm in town it's on my things to do list. Huge selection of books including children. Very knowledgeable and the friendliest people you'll ever meet.

Very helpful and great prices. My only complaint is the hours needs to be very visible. Most of the time I go there it's closed and I am unable to locate the hours. Sometimes the little clock says they will be there at a certain time and I was there 30 mins after that time and it was still closed.

Great books for low prices. Honestly makes me so giddy to visit this store. Love it.

This is a great store to find many older books you are looking for. And urge people to go and support this business owned by a military vet...
