Bought a recliner, a mirror, a table, and a dresser a few years ago and the furniture has lasted. It’s great deals and quality furniture. You actually won’t find anything like it. It was such great quality I dragged it across the country with me when I moved. I couldn’t part with it. I get compliments all the time.
Special ordered 2 push back recliners with fabric I picked. Was told no return policy. I paid fully before ordered. They came in and delivered and not quite the same color. Did not complain. I had purchased another wall recliner which was in stock and they held to be all delivered together. That chair did not match when delivered and agreed to switch on another in the store but had no other wall recliners. And told I would pay another $119 delivery fee or haul it myself. Will never do business with this store again. Very pleasant when buying but done with you after they have your money.
Good prices. They held our furniture until we got our new house. They are always good about delivering as well we have bought furniture for two houses now from them. Our living room furniture is on back order but they provided a loaner set to us.
Tisha and Jason were THE BEST!! We walked in and were greeted with a friendly, “Hello, How we can we help you?” From the moment we walked in until we were driving away, everyone and as helpful, friendly, and willing to do what they could for us. Their selection was plentiful and varied and their prices were reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. My husband was able to walk in and walk out with what he wanted for Christmas in less than 30 minutes. Thank You Tisha and Jason and the whole crew at Browns! We will definitely be back!! Bought two chairs in February. One of them broke right away. Spoke to the Store Reps and sent in numerous emails about issue. They keep saying parts are ordered. Here we are in Mid April and still no parts. Store Sales manager and Owner gave me same sad story about parts not in. Terrible customer service and Will Not Be Back To This Store Ever. Rude people to deal with.
Purchased an item I was not satisfied with and they have a no return policy unless product has a defect, which I was not made aware of. That tells me that customer satisfaction is not important to them..Wish I would have known that before purchasing. If you go to website and lookup return policy it tells you you have to contact them. Most places give you a few days to return an item, especially if you are not satisfied with the product. Lesson learned..never buy from Brown's Furniture again.. and do my research before I purchase anything anywhere.
We bought a bedroom set from them in February 2020 and while picking up dresser to move it the leg broke off in July 2020. We were upset because this is new furniture. Well we called them and told them about it then sent pics and they said the manufacturer would not fix it because it was pretty much our fault. My problem is they didn’t care because they already had our money. STAY AWAY from this place they do not care about the customer!!!!
At first I was happy with my purchase; dropped 2 grand on furniture was conflicted on another chair for 499. I also had only planned to keep my limit at 2000. Made the purchase, set up delivery changed my mind about the chair. Apparently there are no returns once you leave the store. I called 3 times to cancel the chair, since it hadn’t made it the truck. It was still sitting on showroom floor according to the office. The point is they could have returned it for me, but chose not to. I called back THE SAME DAY- they wouldn’t work with me. I have learned my lesson and now have a chair sitting in the corner of my house to remind me of my foolishness.I will never come back again to buy anything.
I came into the store to look around. I plan on making a big purchase in the next few months. I am redoing my ENTIRE home. The salesman came up to us and I immediately told him “I am only here to look. If I need any help, I will let you know.” I said this so he wouldn’t hound us. I do NOT like to be followed and bothered while I am looking. He constantly followed me which made me feel VERY uncomfortable and tried pushing a sale on us. I told him “Thank you, but I am only looking.” He kept on hounding me so I told him I have no money. He tells me that I don’t need money that I can finance. I told him I don’t have the credit. He FINALLY backs off and is talking to a blonde woman. Manager I presume I found a bedroom set I liked so I started taking pics of the set and the tags so I can save it for later. The blonde comes up to me and says “Can I help you?” I said no. She said “Well I see you’re taking pictures.” I said “yeah so I can save it for later.” RUDELY she says “Well I see you’re taking pictures of the tags. Brown’s produces this line and you won’t find it cheaper anywheres else!” The tone of her voice was VERY forceful. I could tell that she didn’t like we were taking pictures. I may not have been a paying customer today but I had planned on being a paying customer in the near future. Now, because of him hounding me and the woman being forcefully RUDE, I will NEVER be a customer at Brown’s Furniture! Just because people don’t buy anything today doesn’t mean they won’t buy anything tomorrow! I intend on making a purchase of around $10,000. I am NOT going to spend that kind of money without doing my research, compare quality and prices!!! Brown’s made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and at the end EXTREMELY unwanted!
I have no idea what Don Lalonde's problem is he must have wanted free furniture. My family , friends and I all have dealt with Tisha Webb she is the sweetest nicest lady. She will bend over backwards to help customers. Jody the store owner is honest and helps his customers as well. We have bought furniture for our two houses and camp from this store and will continue to shop there. We have even brought friends there to shop.
