Great customer service. Communication through email was wonderful. They sent me a photo of a shoe I was asking about which help me make a decision on a color. Easy to order and make a return when shoe did not fit.
The sales associate that helped me was fantastic. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and walked out educated about the way that I walk and how the shoes I purchased will help me day to day. I was so impressed, I bought two pairs of shoes with more on the list to go back and try out when I need a new pair. I would highly recommend the Cedar Falls location to anyone on the hunt for new shoes that are going to not only look great, but feel amazing too.

I have never had this excellent of service when I was buying shoes as I had with Brown's Shoes. I sat down and a gal actually measured my feet just like the old days. It was so refreshing to actually have someone wait on me instead of searching for some shoes on my own. She helped me with my foot problem and with what shoe I should get. She was friendly and so helpful. I can't say enough about Brown's Shoes and I will always buy my shoes from them in the future! Thank you so much for actually "serving" your customers! You are the BEST!!
My dog ate my favorite Tevas that had already been retired. I couldn't find them anywhere in my size but Brown's Shoe Fit Co. had one pair and in my size! I ordered them immediately and got them ike 2 days earlier than expected. Highly recommend
First time ever going into this store in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Was greeted right away and Spencer took care of me. He was awesome very friendly made you feel welcome was not pushy in any way shape or form bought my very first pair of hey dude's along with supportive insoles. At a very reasonable price. All the sales people were amazing I would definitely go back just because of the service I received. He was very descriptive on how the inserts would help and stood on the machine to see where my pressure points were I would definitely go back to the store even the employees that weren't waiting on us we're very friendly I would really recommend.
Great customer service on the phone and actually talked with a human being! They shipped out our package the same day and arrived before it was expected. I will order products again from them.
