Browndog Lodge Germantown

Browndog - Germantown grooms our girl, Lila and they do an excellent job with her. All the staff are so kind and caring with Lila, and we feel good leaving her with them for her grooming.

My dog LOVES daycare and all of the staff at BrownDog. He always runs in the building with a wagging tail, and sleeps the whole ride home.

I made some errors when booking my dog's reservation, and I called and immediately connected with Tessa. She was AMAZING to work with. SO friendly, helpful, intelligent and informative. She even did the math for me to help get me to the price point I was looking for, while providing excellent amenities for my dog. Thank you so much, Tessa and team! 10/10 customer service, highly recommend. Cannot wait to visit.

Workers there very are nice. They need to be more attentive to the individual dogs coz not all dogs are the same. They told us a couple of days before that he was not eating much when we called. I guess they didn’t give him much time to drink his water coz he was dehydrated when he got picked up by our friend and was throwing up, has blood on his watery stools. Was also very weak. I’m glad we didn’t take a longer vacation or else my dog would have passed away.

Percy attended his first daycare at BrownDog Lodge, and I’m very pleased. The staff was very helpful, and I was able to watch him in the yard playing with the other dogs. He is currently sleeping, because daycare is exhausting for a puppy dog.

The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient. My 6 month old puppy enjoys her day at Brown Dog Lodge and returns home happy and tired. The facility is clean and the staff attentive to the dogs. All good. Highly recommend!

Super friendly, super clean, super staff, and a puppacino treat. This was my 5 month old lab’s first visit and she loved it. She was boarded for the weekend and I felt comfortable leaving her there. We will be back.

Brought my girls in yesterday for a grooming appt. Everyone was so friendly. My girls looked adorable when I picked them up. Followed my instructions on grooming needs. Will definitely be back for future grooming services with all my babies.

I have 2 mini schnauzers that I take to Stephen for grooming. They always look great! Stephen and the staff at the Germantown location are very nice and professional.
