Brownsville Kiddie Health Center

Sure the wait is long but I am always satisfied with the level of care we receive. Dr Dolly is awesome. I love that we can go any day anytime and that they have weekend hours. My son busted his knee open and rather than go to the ER we chose to bring him to Dr Dolly and she did a great job stitching him up and the nurses were fantastic in how they cared for him. They also do a great job following up with patient phone calls to check on us.

If I could do no stars, I would. I waited 4 hours every time I went, was supposed to get a screening for her 2 weeks, never did. Supposed to get her first month shots, they never did. Finally, she got sick, they told us she was fine. Went in again, said she was fine. Keep in mind, I never once saw her actual doctor. It was always the nurses which was also very frustrating. I finally went to see a new Dr. who had to prescribe her medicine to get her all better, and get all of her screenings done and vaccines. Not only that, but he called us the next day to see how she was and saw her every week for the next 3 weeks. He told us we can call after hours and he will personally answer or get back to us. The wait time was about 30 minutes every time we saw him and the nurses were SO sweet unlike the kiddie center. They couldn’t care any less. I’m glad I switched doctors.

Our appointment was at 2:45 it’s 5:15 now and we are still waiting. Last week we waited 4 hours just for shots that’s ridiculous . We love Dr Dolly but we can’t spend all day at the doctors office . We went to pediatrics urgent care and we were in and out within 20 minutes. We are definitely looking for a new clinic. We will not be back here . Picking up my records when I leave today . What’s the point of having appointments when you spend the whole day in the clinic . You better bring lunch and dinner because you’re going to be here all day .

Terrible customer service. They make appointments but they may as well not based on how inconsiderate they are with timing. Every time we’ve had an appointment they make us wait for over an hour because they cannot get their scheduling under control. There was another parent waiting in the car next to us who said he had to wait OUTSIDE with his infant for over an hour. His baby was very hot and sweaty the entire time. Ridiculous.

We went there for our first time to get my son vaccinated and we had a great experience. Linda, the nurse practitioner, was wonderful with the baby. She was very positive and informative. I recommend going with her.

Great service with wonderful staff. Yes there may be a wait, but I don't mind it. The doctors take extra care when seeing my kids and always answer whatever questions I have.

Lady at front desk was the worse ever. I waited for nearly 5 minutes before she opened the window to ask what I needed. Started charging right away before my son even saw the doctor. When we finally went to a waiting room, we waited for over an hour. Horrible experience.

it’s awful , my nephew was sick & we got there at 1 pm & they left us till there till closing & they didn’t even get to help us my nephew is vomiting & crying every day is worse & worse they saw us & they didn’t care , if i could give -1 stars i could , i dont even know how they’re still doctors
