Rosie at the front desk is awesome! She was so courteous and helpful in determining the type of unit. Love the concept that the storage unit is inside a building. The building is very large. Maybe could use an electric golf cart to show people around, especially for those who take longer to get around. Highly recommended to rent from here. Ask for the specials available!

PLEASE RECONSIDER!! I hope my review serves to help the facility improve. My personal experience has been very horrible. Staff and manager are very friendly but they do not enforce their own rules. 5% of people walking in and walking out of storage dont wear masks, even staff and manager at times don't wear it. I know the building is old but there is no maintenance whatsoever. Several leaks, tears and mold smells come from the ceiling which obviously is a big welcome to rodents, roaches and other pests, which we HAVE encountered since all units are open from the top. The mandatory insurance that comes with the signing of contract does NOT cover any of this damage!! We have already had to throw out 25% of our new things including a $500 appliance due to RATS!! Another thing that really bothers us is people backup their vehicles all the way to the door waaaaaay past the red line or park their cars horizontally right in front of the door blocking everyone else even though it was mentioned that was a no-no. Worse of all they do it during office hours and are not told anything! Lastly, there is very limited lighting in the building so if your stuck with a unit in the back half of the building your stuck in the dark, take a flashlight please and prepare for nocturnal pests!!!

I had a friend of mine leave his Trailer there & told the front desk he would be leaving out of the country. I assume the front desk thought he meant immediately because it seems as if they conveniently LOST HIS RV from the property. He returned in 2 days after parking his trailer there & had it stolen from the property over night. The only people with access are the owner/manager of the property & the people renting. This all seems very fishy especially since the properties manager female refuses to let him see the cameras, check the records of who was in the facility over night... & says it is his responsibility to recover his stolen property without any help from the business he entrusted his property to. WILD situation.

Would never consider this nor recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to store valuable or necessity items. My freind had his RV stolen and no one from the facility is helping or even having urgency to do so. Imagine having your home being stolen after you worked really hard to get so you can keep making a living. Its absurd and really unprofessional the way they are handling this.

My favorite storage place thus far! Staff is so friendly, love that they enforce mask requirements even though customers don’t always listen! Will be coming back again and definitely recommending ! I would also like to Point out Rosie she took care of me and my family and was always really welcoming even gave my nieces some stuffed animals because they were crying. One of the best storage facilities in Brownsville!

This facility is well clean and has excellent customer service. The manager is very helpful and has wonderful customer satisfaction skills. It is a very clean and safe place to store your things. I feel extremely comfortable with my precious belongings being stored there and would definitely recommend this facility and location to others. Storage perfecto is the best place to come to !!

This storage facility is seriously the best in many ways. 1. It's quiet and in a low tragic area. 2. We don't pay the extra charge for the a/c storage ; HOWEVER, the non-climate control area is still INDOORS.. which is very important to me. 3. CLEAN AND NEW. 4. Great prices. 5. Keypad entry 24/7. 6. Camera security. You can't go wrong. If you decide to store there.... Tell them Jessica sent you and both you and I can get a discount!!!

Storage Perfecto management has gone out of its way to help our non-profit group with its storage needs. They are always helpful , friendly and willing to look for solutions. Great business. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage. Easy to access day or night.

Storage location is clean, nice and convenient. Ladies on office were nice, friendly and we're able to answer all my questions. Will efinitely recommend.
