Unfortunately, it’s Not much longer till Bruegger’s goes under completely. Put order in app both items were wrong! Bagels smalller than Dunkin donut same as Wallingford Bruegger’s…. Left bagel from years ago middle is Now! Last one is called false advertising. I love when the owners reply Sorry blah blah but then do NOTHING to resolve the issues. So SAD to see how FAR this Bagel chain has FALLEN. $6 for a bagel the size of coffee lid! Sadly Time to find another bagel place!
I came in w my daughter and I was appalled at what we saw, a roach ran across poor lanecyns foot and bit her!! When I brought it to the staffs attention the young lady at the counter laughed and asked if I wanted to add the "protein" to my sandwich I had ordered a plain bacon egg and cheese with tomato I was shocked. My daughter is down syndromed and she doesn't like bugs so imagine the true terror she had witnessed when that same roach crawled up her leg. My poor special baby was traumatized. In return we ask for $100 for the stress and trauma but they turned us down.
While I was not asking for anything, they worked hard to resolve this issues and I changed my review as that is a sign of a business that made a mistake and is working to ensure something does not happen again. Review from 3/17: Hadn't been to Bruegger's for a while. I went there on Friday and got a bagel with turkey, lettuce and tomato. Got back to my office and was amazed to see 1 piece of turkey on there. I used to always think they put too much. Guess that has been solved by putting 1/3 as much as I would do at home. Maybe it was a bad day?
I love bagels right now and there's a pack in my refrigerator I have asiago bagels. they put anything on a bagel you want vegetables and meats. I'm a veggie guy I love this spot they close early though you got to get them by 6pm I believe. I wish they stay open later. I guess in the summer time. Let's see what happens.this is a great place.
Easy parking Very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. Love their bagels
Nice staff but the food was trash. Bacon was really undercooked, bagel was semi raw as well, + drinks and fridge were kinda warm too. Disappointed
I normally go every morning but today there was a new worker there and she had a nasty attitude then made me wait like 20 min for one bagel then she goes outside before I get my order to smoke a cigarette
In and out quick with a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagle in under 5 minutes. Was solid, bagel seemed fresh. They did have signs posted on the booths saying that dinning in was not aloud, but I couldn't tell if they were actually enforcing it or just forgot to take them down. Would stop in for a bite on the go again.
I went in with my five year old today and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and their brisket jalapeño sandwich. Tasty. Best of all the staff; specifically the three ladies working being the counter were wonderfully pleasant, fun, and kind.
