We strive to provide a safe haven for deer and wild game to bear and raise offspring during spring, summer and especially during fall hunting season. Also to allow many migrating geese and fowl to count on the existence of habitat year after year.
The purpose of the BNC (Bruin Nature Conservancy is to enhance wildlife; provide improved wildlife habitat; promote agricultural awareness and educational services; rehabilitate forest property and woodland restoration.
*Photographic and educational opportunities are primarily to encourage inventory and study of plant and animal species native to the area in this natural environment and assists in the documentation of wildlife restoration and rehabilitation.
*Work program opportunities are available to assist jn woodland restoration and construction/maintenance of roads, trails and drainage projects.
*Volunteers are needed for plant and animal surveys and to measure growth and survival rates of reforested areas.
