Excellent service
Opening hours are more difficult and on Sundays it's closed, so for people who work during the day, it's not easy. The service is "ok". I believe they have a large pool of people to serve in the lab, but I believe there should be an increase in staff or just turn away new clients and refer them elsewhere. There is a long wait to have a medicine prepared and it is very long for the calls. Often, it ends up hanging up. Impossible to speak directly to a pharmacist within 10 minutes of a call. We have to leave a message and she'll call us back when she has time. I understand 100% the traffic, but I think that measures could be taken to improve service to patients. Apart from the slower service, I have always had good service from the staff, both in the laboratory and at the checkouts and on the floor.
The new opening hours don't suit me at all!! Every time I bang my nose in the door it gets really frustrating. In the past, it closed at 10 p.m. every evening. Now even on Fridays closed at 6 p.m. and closed on Sundays. Not very practical!!!
Closed on Sundays, OK I understand, but we should consider moving the post office to another pharmacy, it's starting to make restrictions...
Postal counter that does not respect the hours applied on the notices. Employee at the postal counter... "Very ordinary service" which has no compassion or explanation due to the closing outside opening hours We were 2 customers at 5:05 p.m. for parcel recoveries. At worst, have the opening hours adjusted on the notices... But 5 p.m. is a lot too early in the week, especially with the general traffic in the area during rush hours.
Excellent service but unfortunately I have to go to Jean Coutu most of the time due to the new limited opening hours in the evening.
Unfortunately your new opening hours do not suit me both for the Postal Counter and the Phsrmacie, therefore I had to transfer my prescriptions to a pharmacy which is open until 9 p.m. all week. Thanks anyway for your good service!
My first bug with this pharmacy: Difficult to get sincere smiles at the prescription counter or elsewhere. We make ourselves talk stiff, stupid, dry... Even if we are a new client and we don't know that even if our prescriptions are ready, we have to go to the prescription order counter... Anyway, after a few months of having missing pills in my bottles, I ask questions and I am simply told that we are going to add the mention: "recount twice". We don't apologize, we don't question the type of medicine missing etc... My 2nd problem is in terms of the time it takes to prepare prescriptions. Last week, I ordered online around 1 p.m. and as usual, I had to leave a preparation time for my order. Returned 6 p.m. I still haven't had my text message that my medication is ready. It's 5 hours later, so a reasonable time to prepare two prescriptions. I tell, I am told that it will be done as a priority. Arrived there, the young clerk seeks my pills, one indicates to him where they are. They answer me that he is not sure he can give them to me because usually when they are there, it is because the pharmacist has not checked them. I tell him that they have surely been checked because I was told on the phone 20 minutes ago to come by and that it would be ready. The young man therefore complied by trying to pass my medication at the checkout. It bugged because the pharmacist hadn't checked them all as promised. The young man ate a thaw, in front of me... I was in pain, it wasn't his fault, poor guy . The other day, still online, it took 2 days to prepare 2 prescriptions. It's unacceptable when you don't have access to mandatory daily medication. I'm also going to change pharmacies...
I find the post office hours unacceptable. Knowing that most people work full time from 9 to 5, on Thursdays until 6 p.m. it is really insufficient when you are stuck in traffic or you are traveling by bus. You could at least keep a half-day weekend, or a weeknight, it would be greatly appreciated.
Longer and longer. We call to have our medications prepared, we are put on hold 4 times rather than one without a word except during the initial response and when we finally manage to speak to a technician we are told that everything will be ready at 4 p.m. before 12:00 p.m. If telephone orders have been put in place to speed up service, it is a total failure. Next time I'll introduce myself directly hoping not to wait 4 hours...
